Matching Manicure–Butterflies

Današnja tema za Matching Manicures su leptiri. Već duže vreme imam u planu da pokušam da napravim manikir sa neonskim leptirima koji je robin mouses napravila u ovom tutorijalu, tako da je ovo bila savršena prilika. Prateći njen tutorijal, stvarno je bilo lako nacrtati ove leptire. Nisam mogla da odolim, tako da i moji leptirići svetle u mraku.

Koristila sam Miyo - Black, Ebalay #003, Ebalay #002, Ebalay #006, Ebalay #009, FlorMar N002, Catherine Arley #709, Primark Beauty - Neon Yellow, Primark Beauty - Neon Pink i Essence - Flowerfields.

Today theme for Matching Manicures is butterflies. For a while now I have in plans to try to make manicure with neon butterflies that Robin Mouses made in this tutorial, so this was a perfect opportunity. Following her steps, it was really easy to draw this. I couldn't resist, so my butterflies also glow in the dark.

I used Miyo - Black, Ebalay #003, Ebalay #002, Ebalay #006, Ebalay #009, FlorMar N002, Catherine Arley #709, Primark Beauty - Neon Yellow, Primark Beauty - Neon Pink and Essence - Flowerfields.

Silver Butterflies

Moja omiljena nijansa plave oduvek je bila karington plava (ili kako sam je zvala od malena, šerpa plava :D). Gade #446 je baš ta, divna nijansa plave koja se nanosi u samo 2 sloja laka. Preko njega, nacrtala sam holo leptiriće sa Layla - Mercury Twilight, ali nažalost, sunce se uporno krilo iza oblaka, tako da je sve što je ostalo na slikama, srebrni leptirići.

My favorite shade of blue has always been Royal blue (or as I used to call it when I was kid, pot blue :D). Gade #446 is just that, gorgeous shade of blue opaque in just 2 coats. Over it, I drew holo butterflies with Layla - Mercury Twilight, but unfortunately, sun kept on hiding behind clouds, so all that is left on these photos are silver butterflies.

Color Line #84 with butterfly

Danas sam u prodavnici pored kase opet videla ove Color Line lakove, i nisam mogla da odolim a da ne kupim 2, plavi i sivi. Naravno, prvo sam morala da isprobam plavi #84, posto tu boju obozavam, pogotovo kada je puna sljokica. Prvi sloj je bio katastrofa, ponegde je bio vodenast, a onda na nekim mestima kao lepljiv. Mislila sam da nece od njega biti nista. Ali ubrzo, drugi sloj je sve popravio. Svugde je bio ravnomeran i prelep. Jedina mana mu je jako kratka cetkica, pa je potrebno biti veoma pazljiv prilikom aplikacije. Posto se brzo osusio, nacrtala sam tackice i leptirica FlorMarom #32, koji se savrseno uklopio u sljokicavu pozadinu :).

Today I saw in the market by the exit this Color Line polishes, and I couldn’t resist to buy 2 of them, blue and grey one. Of course, first I had to try out blue one #84, since I love that color, especially when it’s full of glitters. First coat was disaster, somewhere it was watery, and then on the other places like sticky. I thought I spent my money for nothing. But soon, 2nd coat fixed everything. It was equal and beautiful everywhere. Only bad thing is short brush, so you need to be very careful with application. Since it dried fast, I drew some dots and butterfly with FlorMar #32, that fits perfectly with this glitter-full background :).







Nije najbolje sto sam mogla, ali moze da prodje :). Sta vi mislite?

Always perfect combination : Black&White

Danas moja mama ide na vencanje kod prijatelja, tako da sam ja bila zaduzena za nokte koji ce se uklapati u njenu odevnu kombinaciju. Kao savrsenu kombinaciju za svaku priliku, odabrala je crno-beli outfit te su zato i nokti takvi. Moram priznati da se malo opirala zbog crnog laka na noktima, posto to nije njen stil, ali joj se krajnji rezultat jako svideo. Koristile smo :


Today my mother is going to friend’s wedding, so I had to do her nails that will match her clothes combination. As perfect combo for every occasion, she chose black and white outfit so that how her nails looked too. I have to admit that she hated idea of having black nail polish, because it’s not her style, but at the end, she liked it a lot. We used:


- Maybelline Mini Colorama – French White (for french line)
- Miss Sporty - Fatal Black (for base on ring finger)
- Black and White Acrylic Paint
- Some stickers
- FlorMar 010 (as top coat)









Ja mislim da je isplao fantasticno, i sto mi je najvaznije, i ona misli. A sta vi mislite?

Spring is coming :)

… pa je doslo i na moje nokte. Opet leptirici (mislim da mi ocigledno ponestaje ideja). Ali opet, ovi su malo drugaciji. Totalno sam se zaljubila u Essence Color&Go lakove, te je opet Ultimate Pink posluzio kao pogloga. Leptirice sam radila akrilni bojama.

… so it came on my nails too. Butterflies again (I think I’m obviously running out of ideas). But again, these are different then the last ones. I’m totally in love with Essence Color&Go polishes, so the Ultimate Pink is base again. Butterflies are done with acryl paints.













Moram priznati da je ovo prvi put da mi na slici izgleda bolje nego uzivo. Ne vide se toliko greske. Kako vam se svidja?

I have to admit that this is the first time that it looks better on picture then in live. You can’t see mistakes. Do you like it?

Butterflies on S-he

Danas sam zelela da mi nokti budu jednobojni, manje-vise obicni. Naravno, to je morala da bude neka jarka boja. Tako je na mojim noktima zavrsio S-he 464 kog sam dobila jos na Dan Zaljubljenih. Iskreno receno, ne svidja mi se. Trebalo mi je 3 sloja da bi dobila nijansu koja mi se svidela. Nanosenje takodje nije lako, i uvek mi negde ispadne neravnomerno. Evo slike sa 2 sloja :

Today I wanted my nails to be one-colored, more-less ordinary. Of course, that had to be some dark color. That is how the S-he 464 found itself on my nails. I got it for Valentine Day. To be honest, I don’t like it. It took me 3 coats to get a color that I like. Also, it’s not easy to apply, and it’s always somewhere unevenly. Here’s the picture with 2 coats : 
 


Naravno, nije mi se svidelo. Zato sam nanela jos jedan sloj, a zatim se opet igrala sa akrilnim bojama i cetkicom. Sta cu, nije im sudjeno da budu jednobojni.

Of course, I didn’t like it. That’s why I added one more coat, and then played again with acryl paint and brush. What can I do, they are not meant to be one-color.

I pored muskih komentara "Sto si namazala samo pola nokta?", ja i dalje obozavam french :).

Francuska je i dalje na mojoj listi zemalja koje moram posetiti. Sva ta romantika... 

Nije mi zanimljivo kad vidim onaj obican beli french manikir. Volim uvek da mesam razlicite boje, nijanse, da stavim neke cirkone, nalepnice, pecate. To je ono sto upotpunjuje ceo taj izgled, sto privlaci paznju na nokte. 

Despite of men comment "Why do you only polished half the nail?", I still adore French :).
France is still on my list of countries that I must visit some day. All the romance ...

It is not interesting to me when I see the regular white French manicure. I love to mix different colors, shades, to put some decorations , stickers, stamps. That's what completes the whole look, that attracts attention to the nails.
