May Twin Post–Sunflowers

Skoro smo na kraju Maja meseca, tako da je došao red na još jedan Twin Post. Ovog meseca, moj "blizanac" je Jessica sa bloga Be Happy and Buy Polish. 

Tema koju smo dobile su suncokreti, imale smo ideju da napravimo narandžasto-žuti vertikalni gradijent, na četvrtom noktu jedan veliki suncokret sa lišćem, a na ostalim noktima male suncokrete. Sve je zvučalo idealno, ali nažalost, moj gradijent se skoro uopšte ne vidi. Veliki suncokret je ispao veći nego što sam mislila, a malih suncokreta je previše. Ipak, zadovoljna sam kako smo nacrtale :).

Koristila sam : Essence - Doc, theBalm - Mellow Yellow i akrilne boje. 

We are almost at the end of the month May, so it time for another Twin Post. This month, my "twin" is Jessica from Be Happy and Buy Polish blog.

Theme that we got was Sunflowers, and we had idea to make orange-yellow vertical gradient, on accent nail to make one big sunflower with leaves, and on other nails small sunflowers. It all sounded ideal, but unfortunately, you can't even see my gradient. Big sunflower is bigger than I thought it would be, and there are too many small sunflowers. Still, I love how we draw everything :). 

I used : Essence - Doc, theBalm - Mellow Yellow and acrylic paints.

Matching Manicure–Fruits

Danas u Matching Manicure crtamo voćkice. Dugo sam razmišljala šta da napravim, i odlučila se za nekoliko različitih voćkica. Nemate ideju kako limun i grožđe mogu loše da izgledaju :), toliko loše da sam sve skinula sa noktiju i počela ispočetka. Inače nisam neki veliki ljubitelj voća, znam da je zdravo, ali jednostavno ne uživam ni u jednom voću kao u dobroj čokoladi. Nacrtala sam dve moje omiljene voćkice - kivi i jagode.

Koristila sam theBalm - Red from Cover to Cover, Miyo - Green i akrilne boje. 

Today in Matching Manicure we are drawing fruits. I thought for a while what to make, and decided to do several different fruits. You have no idea how bad lemon and grapes can look :), so bad that I took everything off from nails and started over. I'm not really a fruit lover, I know it is healthy but I just can't enjoy any fruit like I can enjoy good chocolate. I drew two of my favourite fruits - kiwi and strawberries. 

I used theBalm - Red From Cover to Cover, Miyo - Green and acrylic paints. 

Twin Post–Cool Colors

Još jedan Twin Post. Ovog meseca, moj blizanac se Hannah sa bloga the Dalai Lama's Nails a zadatak koji smo dobile su hladne boje. Čini mi se kao da nijedna od nas dve nije imala nešto posebno inspiracije, pošto nam je bilo teško da smislimo šta ćemo da radimo. Na momenat smo i odustale, a onda se ipak odlučile da napravimo optičku iluziju sa brojevima.

Another Twin Post. This month, my twin is Hannah from the Dalai Lama's Nails and we got cool colors as our task. It seems to me like either of us didn't have too much inspiration, because it was really hard to think of something that we can do. On moment, we even gave up, and then decided to do optical illusion with numbers.

Matching Manicure–Easter!

Posle četiri Uskršnja manikira, danas sam nadmašila samu sebe sa petim, i poslednjim ove godine. Nacrtala sam tri zečića i dva pileta u travi. Iako to znači da ću morati malo da pripazim tokom ručka dok budem jela, za travu sam koristila zeleni flocking powder. Zečiće i piliće sam crtala akrilnim bojama, dok je za pozadinu poslužio Flormar #423.

After four Easter manicures, today I amazed myself with fifth one, and the last one this year. I drew three bunnies and two chicks in the grass. Even if that means that I will have to be extra carefully while I eat during lunch, I used green flocking powder as a grass. I drew bunnies and chicks with acrylic paints, and background color is Flormar #423.

Easter Chick with flowers

Uskrs je sutra a moji nokti su već spremni. To opet ne znači da sutra neću smisliti nešto novo i napraviti novi manikir. Danas je na mojim noktima mnogo cveća, nekoliko leptirića i naravno - pile kao jedan od simbola Uskrsa. 

Koristila sam Art de Lautrec #421, Bundle Monster pločicu za pečatiranje BM-H010 i akrilne boje.

Easter is tomorrow and my nails are already ready. That doesn't mean that I won't think of something new tomorrow and make new manicure. Today on my nails there are lot of flowers, few butterflies and of course - chick as one of the Easter symbols. 

I used Art de Lautrec #421, Bundle Monster stamping plate BM-H010 and acrylic paints.

Stamping Easter Eggs

Nadam se da ste spremne za farbanje jaja sutra. Kod mene je sve spremno, pa čak i nokti koje sam "ofarbala" čak i pre jaja. Za farbanje noktiju, ovog puta sam koristila distressed tehniku (koju inače obožavam u poslednje vreme) i pečat sa pločice BM-H10. Za distressed tehniku koristila sam Essence - My Yellow Fellow, Essence - I like, i Essence - Bloom-A-Loom. 

I hope that you are ready for painting eggs tomorrow. I got all set, even my nails that I had to paint before eggs. For painting nails, this time I used distressed technique (which I, by the way, love lately) and stamping plate BM-H10. For distressed technique I used Essence - My Yellow Fellow, Essence - I like, and Essence - Bloom-A-Loom.

Bunny in a grass

Uskrs je jako blizu, a ja volim da svake godine napravim nekoliko Uskršnjih nail art-ova a zatim da najlepši napravim opet za sam Uskrs. Moj prvi Uskršnji manikir ove godine je sa zečićem u travi punoj cveća. Nažalost, ovaj zeka izgleda malo ljuto, ali to je možda jer je Uskrs TEK za 5 dana.

Koristila sam Essence - Fall For Me - i akrilne boje.

Easter is really close, and I like to make each year a few of Easter nail arts and then choose the prettiest and do it again to wear on Easter day. My first Easter manicure this year is with bunny in a grass full of flowers. Unfortunately, this bunny looks a little bit angry, but maybe it is because Easter is in JUST 5 days.

I used Essence - Fall For Me and acrylic paints.

Busy Bee

Danas sam veoma vredna pčelica, tako da sam odlučila da vam pokažem nove vodene nalepnice koje su mi stigle iz Born Pretty Store-a. U pitanju su pčelice. 

I have been a really busy bee today, so I decided to show you new water decals that arrived from Born Pretty Store. Sheet full of bees.

Uputstvo za upotrebu se nalazi na poleđini kartona sa nalepnicama, međutim, pošto mi nije bilo baš najjasnije (google translate je očigledno uradio svoje pre štampanja), može se reći da sam pratila korake 1-3 a zatim samo premazala top coat-om.

Instructions for use are on the back of the sheet with decals, but, since I didn't really understand them (obviously Google Translate had something to do with it), you can say that I followed steps 1-3 and them just applied top coat.

Usput sam htela da isprobam još jednu tehniku koju sam videla ne nekim blogovima, ali nisam mogla da se setim kako se tehnika zove niti kako se radi. Sećam se samo da je podrazumevala upotrebu vizit kartica, tako da sam pokušala da napravim kockice na polu-suvom laku koristeći staru vizit karticu. Nije savršeno, ali može da prođe kao zamena za košnicu. 

I also wanted to try out one more technique that I saw on some blogs, but I couldn't remember name of it or how to do it. Only thing I remember is that included usage of business cards, so I tried to make squares on half-dry nail polish using an old business card. It's not perfect but it still looks almost like bee hive.

Matching Manicures - Spring

Ove nedelje, tema Matching Manicure-a je proleće. Pošto smo prošle nedelje crtale cveće a za sledeću nedelju imam u planu pastelne boje, bilo mi je teško da smislim šta da crtam. Kažu da jedna lasta ne čini proleće, ali valjda sedam lasta i jedna roda čini :). 

Koristila sam Flormar WL01 i akrilne boje.

This week, theme for Matching Manicure is spring. Since we did flowers last week and I already planned pastel colors for next week, it was really hard to think of something to draw. They say that one swallow doesn't make a spring, but I guess that seven swallows and one stork does :).

Twin Post with The Polished Fangirl – Mandarin Fish

Danas ću vam pokazati moj prvi Twin Post. Twin post se događa jednom mesečno, kada svaka od nas koje se pridružimo dobija svog "blizanca" i temu na koju treba da naprave isti manikir. 

Ovog meseca, moj "blizanac" je Erika sa bloga The Polished Fangirl, a tema koju smo dobile je tropska riba. Nakon razgledanja svih mogućih vrsta tropskih ribica (nisam mogla da poverujem koliko ima prelepih riba) odlučile smo se za print kakav ima Mandarin riba.

Koristila sam : Essence - Doc, Gade - Stunning Sapphire, i Gade - Pool Party.

Today I'm going to show you my first Twin Post. Twin Post happens once in a month, and each of us get their "twin" and the theme for manicure. 

This month, my "twin" is Erika from The Polished Fangirl blog, and theme that we got is tropical fish. After looking into a lot of tropical fishes (I couldn't believe how many gorgeous fishes are there), we decided for Mandarin fish print. 

I used : Essence - Doc, Gade - Stunning Sapphire, and Gade - Pool Party.

Matching Manicure–Butterflies

Današnja tema za Matching Manicures su leptiri. Već duže vreme imam u planu da pokušam da napravim manikir sa neonskim leptirima koji je robin mouses napravila u ovom tutorijalu, tako da je ovo bila savršena prilika. Prateći njen tutorijal, stvarno je bilo lako nacrtati ove leptire. Nisam mogla da odolim, tako da i moji leptirići svetle u mraku.

Koristila sam Miyo - Black, Ebalay #003, Ebalay #002, Ebalay #006, Ebalay #009, FlorMar N002, Catherine Arley #709, Primark Beauty - Neon Yellow, Primark Beauty - Neon Pink i Essence - Flowerfields.

Today theme for Matching Manicures is butterflies. For a while now I have in plans to try to make manicure with neon butterflies that Robin Mouses made in this tutorial, so this was a perfect opportunity. Following her steps, it was really easy to draw this. I couldn't resist, so my butterflies also glow in the dark.

I used Miyo - Black, Ebalay #003, Ebalay #002, Ebalay #006, Ebalay #009, FlorMar N002, Catherine Arley #709, Primark Beauty - Neon Yellow, Primark Beauty - Neon Pink and Essence - Flowerfields.

Matching Manicure - Vintage

Kada sam napokon saznala šta Vintaž predstavlja (što je tema ovonedeljnog Matching Manicure-a), počela sam da istražujem kakva je to moda bila prve polovine XX veka. Moram reći da ja nikada tako nešto ne bih nosila :). Prva inspiracija bile su mi četiri dame, sa velikim neobičnim šeširima, međutim to je bio neuspešan pokušaj. Sledeća inspirativna slika je bila mnogo lakša, uzorak tkanine iz 1930ih godina. 

When I finally found out what is Vintage (which is the theme of this week Matching Manicure), I started searching on google what was fashion trends in the first half of 20th century. I have to say that I would never wear something like that :). My first inspiration was four ladies, with huge unusual hats, but it was a failiure. Next inspiration photo was much easier, fabric pattern from 1930s.
