When you’re hot, you’re almost nude

Ne znam sta ste pomislile kada ste procitale naslov, ali recenica koju sam ja izgovorila kada sam nalakirala ovaj lak za nokte je bila : Necu vise stavljati ruke u vrelu vodu, nokti mi izgledaju kao da su goli. 

Da krenem ispocetka? Da. Stigao mi je jos jedan paketic od Born Pretty Store-a :). Ovog puta dobila sam dva proizvoda, od kojih cu vam danas pokazati jedan, dok cu drugi ostaviti za neki drugi dan. Opet mi je zelja bila lak koji menja boju na raspolozenje (sta da kazem, jako mi se svidjaju), i dobila sam Ylin Mood Nail Polish - Red/Pink (ID proizvoda je 2418). Kao i uvek kada sam dobijala postu od Born Pretty Store-a, sve je bilo toliko dobro zapakovano da mi je trebalo skoro 10 minuta da sve otvorim. 

I don't know what were your thoughts when you read a headline, but sentence that I sad when I painted my nails with this polish was : I won't put my nails in a hot water anymore, my nails look like they are naked. 

Should I start over? Yes. I got another package from a Born Pretty Store :). This time, I got two products, and I'm gonna show you one today, and leave another one for some other day. Again, I wished for a mood changing nail polish (what can I say, I really like them), and I got Ylin Mood Nail Polish - Red/Pink (product ID is 2418). Like every other time when I received nail mail from Born Pretty Store, everything was packed to well that it took me almost 10 minutes to open it.

Lak ima jelly finish, sto nekima predstavlja prednost, za mene je to nedostatak. Probala sam da nalakiram 6 slojeva, a i dalje mi se videla bela linija nokta. Onda sam sve to skinula, i nalakirala samo tri sloja, posto je pokrivenost izgledala skoro identicno kao i sa 6. 

Kada su vam nokti (prsti) hladni, sto je trenutno i normalno zbog zimskog doba, lak je crvenkasto - pink boje. 

Nail polish has a jelly finish, and maybe some of you love that, I don't. I tried to apply 6 coats of it, but there was still visible nail line. And then I took everything off, and applied just three coats, because coverage was almost the same as it was with 6. 

When your nails (fingers) are cold, which is normal here right now because of the winter, nail polish is reddish - pink. 

Prosli put kada sam koristila Ylin Mood lakove za nokte, bilo je dovoljno staviti prste u mlaku vodu i lak bi promenio boju. Sa ovim lakom to nije bio slucaj, i pomislila sam da jednostavno ne radi, ili da je razlika u boji minimalna. A onda, dok sam prala sudove sa vrelom vodom, pogledala sam u nokte i verujte mi, mislila sam da se lak sljustio od vode. Mozete zamisliti moje iznenadjenje kada su mi nokti opet postali crveni. Tako da, kljuc uspeha je u veoma vreloj vodi. 

Last time I used Ylin Mood nail polish, it was enough to put fingers in a warm water and nail polish would change it's color. With this polish that wasn't a case, and I thought that it just doesn't work, or that color difference is minimal. And then, while I was washing dishes with hot water, I looked at my nails and believe me, I thought that polish came off. You can imagine my surprise when my nails turned back to red. So, key to success is in a really hot water. 

A onda sam dodala i flekije, Golden Rose Scale Effect #11. Mislim da mi je ovo prvi put da sam stavila flekije na svetlu pozadinu, i dopada mi se kako izgleda, i na crvenoj i na svetlo roze pozadini.

And then I added some flakies, Golden Rose Scale Effect #11. I think this is the first time I applied flakies on a light background, and I like how it looks, both on red and light pink background.

Nail Mail, Haul and Presents in December

Ovaj mesec, vise sam castila sebe sa novim lakovima, ali neki su stigli i postom, neke sam dobila na poklon. Ima ih poprilicno mnogo, tako da, pripremite se za spam slikama :).

This month, there were few hauls, some nail polishes were in nail mail, and some I got in presents. There are lot of them, so prepare yourself for picture spam :).

Obozavam kremice za ruke, pogotovo sa neobicnim mirisima, a ove dve kremice i turpiju sam dobila od deckove mame za Bozic :).

I love hand creams, especially those with a nice smell, and these two hand creams and nail file, I got from my boyfriends mother for Christmas :).

Color Changing Holo Nails

Nisam imala tu srecu da dobijem puno lakica za Bozic, ali mi je jedan stigao bas u vreme Bozica od Born Pretty Store-a. Ovog puta dobila sam jos jedan lak koji menja boju na temperaturu tela, Ylin - Magic Purple/Pink Color Changing Mood Nail Polish. Verovatno vec pretpostavljate kako ovo radi, ali za one koji ne znaju, lak menja boju kada vasa temperatura prstiju predje ispod/iznad 33° C. Kada je temperatura prstiju niza od 33° C, nokti su ljubicasti, a ispod 33° C postaju pink.

Formula laka je pomalo vodenasta, ali savrseno prekriva nokat u 3 sloja. Susi se na mat, ali ga uvek mozete prekriti bezbojnim lakom kako bi dobio sjaj. Ja inace ne testiram vreme koje lak prezivi na noktima, ali ovog puta je moja mama to uradila, i nazalost, ostao joj je na noktima 2 dana (iako je imala top coat). Lak joj se samo od jednom sljustio sa nokta. Ovo nije bio slucaj sa prethodnim Ylin Mood lakom koji smo probale.

I haven't had much luck with getting nail polishes for Christmas, but one has arrived just in time for Christmas from Born Pretty Store. This time, I got another nail polish that changes color depending of body temperature, Ylin - Magic Purple/Pink Color Changing Mood Nail Polish. You probably already know how this works, but for those of you who don't, nail polish changes color when temperature of your fingers is above/below 33° C. When temperature of your fingers is below 33° C, your nail are purple, and when it's above 33° C they are pink.

Formula of nail polish is kind of watery, but it's perfectly opaque in 3 coats. It has matte finish, but you can always cover it with clear nail polish to make it glossy. Usually I don't test wear time of nail polishes, but this time my mother did that, and unfortunately, it stayed on her nails for 2 days (although she had top coat). Polish came off almost at once. This wasn't a case with previous Ylin Mood nail polish that we tried. 

Morala sam da dodam i nesto interesantno :). Odlucila sam se za Essence - Hello Holo i par pink cvetica koji savrseno pristaju uz ovaj lak.

I had to add something to make it more interesting :). I decided for Essence - Hello Holo and few pink flowers that fit perfectly with this nail polish.

Color Changing Flowers

Nastavak od juce... lak je preziveo noc i pola dana :). Da bi ga osvezila, dodala sam samo male cvetice i dobila potpunu novu dimenziju fenomenalnog :). Latice cveca sam obojila istim lakom koji je i na ostalom delu nokta, ali preko bele podloge pa izgleda malo sveliji (ako ste zaboravili koji je lak, to je Ylin Mood - Magic Purple/Sky Blue). Cvetovi su menjali boju ponekad u skladu sa pozadinom, a ponekad samostalno, i ni u jednom momentu nisam ni pretpostavljala kako ce ceo manikir izgledati kada ga opet pogledam.

Continuing from yesterday... nail polish survived all night and half of the day :). So, to fresh it up a little bit, I added small flowers and got whole new dimension of awesomeness :). I painted petals with same nail polish that is on nails, but over white background so it looks a little bit lighter (if you forgot what polish, it is Ylin Mood - Magic Purple/Sky Blue). Flowers changed their colors sometimes together with background, and sometimes separately, and all the time I had no clue how my manicure will look next time I look at it.

Vecina vas je zelela prvo da vidi lak koji sam dobila prosle nedelje u paketu od Born Pretty Store online prodavnice. Lak je dosao veoma dobro zapakovan, i nije bilo teorije da mu se nesto dogodi u putu. Trebalo mi je skoro 10 minuta da ga otpakujem...

Most of you wanted to see first nail polish that I got last week in nail mail from Born Pretty Store online shop. Nail polish came sealed from all sides, and there was no theory that something happens to it on the way to me. It took me almost 10 minutes to unwrap it...

U pitanju je lak koji menja boju u odnosu na raspolozenje/temperaturu : Ylin Mood - Magic Purple/Sky Blue Color Changing Mood Nail Polish. Bocica je manja nego sto sam mislila (ali nigde ne pise koliko ml ima) i na prvi pogled zabrinula me je boja laka koji izgleda kao da se pokvario (iako nikada nisam videla pokvareni lak). Lak dolazi u kutiji koja ima na sebi tekst na kineskom jeziku tako vam ne mogu reci sta pise :), a zalepljena je sa gornje strane nalepnicom tako da ne morate da brinete da li ga je neko vec otvarao. 

It is nail polish that changes color depends on your mood/temperature :  Ylin Mood - Magic Purple/Sky Blue Color Changing Mood Nail Polish. Bottle is smaller than I thought (but it doesn't say how much ml it has) and on the first look I was worried about color of this polish because it looked like it went bad (although I never seen that nail polish go bad). Polish came in the box that has some text on Chinese language so I can't tell you what it says :), and it has sticker on the top so you won't have to worry was it opened before.

Cini mi se da, kao da lak nije mogao da odluci da li mu je u avionu bilo toplo ili hladno :).

It seems to me that, like nail polish couldn't decide was it cold or hot in the airplane :).

Ovaj lak potpuno pokriva nokte u 3 sloja, ali uzmite u obzir da su moji nokti trenutno poprilicno dugacki tako da bi verovatno manje slojeva trebalo na noktima normalne duzine :). Takodje, susi se na mat.

This nail polish is opaque in 3 coats on my nails, but consider that my nails now are really long so it would probably need less coats on normal nail length :). Also, it dries matte.

Sto se tice formule, pomalo je cudna. Malo je vodenasta i ostavlja sitne mehurice dok se susi. Medjutim, kada je lak potpuno suv, nema vise mehurica. Magija :). 

When it comes to formula, it's a little bit weird. It's kind of watery and it leaves small bubbles when it's wet. But, when nail polish is completely dry, there is no any bubbles. Magic :).

Moje ruke su uglavnom hladne, tako da je lak uglavnom bio ljubicaste boje. A onda je usledilo igranje sa casom vruce vode i pustala sam ga da se postepeno menja iz svetlo plave u ljubicastu, a onda ispocetka :). Kao malo dete :). Najvise, dok su mi ruke van vode, jedan deo nokta je bio svetlo plav, a drugi deo nokta ljubicast pa je izgledalo kao prelep gradient. 

My hands were cold most of the time, so nail polish was purple. And then I played a little bit with glass of hot water and let it change gradually from light blue to purple, and then back to the star with hot water :). Just like a child :). Mostly, while my hands were out of water, one part of the nail was light blue, while other was purple so it looked like a gorgeous gradient.

Da li vam se svidja ovaj lak? Ako prezivi noc, mislim da cu nesto crtati preko njega sutra :).
