The New 31 Day Challenge : Your Oldest Untried

Sigurna sam da je broj lakova koje imam, a nisam ih isprobala malo veci, ali verujte mi da nemam pojma koji su :D. Moracu da pocnem da vodim listu tih lakova :). Uspela sam da iskopam jedan, koji mislim da sam dobila jos pre nekih 10ak godina. Mislim da je bio u setu sa jos nekim proizvodima koje vise nemam (ili sam ih potrosila ili izgubila). Marka laka je Babele, na njemu pise da je proizveden u Italiji, uz dodatak "con grande amor" (uz veliku ljubav?). Broja nema, jedino je na dnu bocice utisnut broj #62,  tako da je moguce da mu je to i broj nijanse. 

I'm sure that there are lots of polishes that I have, but haven't tried out yet, but trust me, I have no idea which are they :D. I will have to make some kind of list for them :). I managed to found one, that I think I got about 10 years ago. I believe that it was in some kind of set with other products that I don't own anymore (I either emptied them or lost them). Brand of nail polish is Babele, it's says that it is made in Italy, and "con grande amore" (with big love?). There is no name, only a number #62 at the bottom of the bottle, so it is possible that that it's a shade number.

Cak i posle toliko godina, lak je u odlicnom stanju. Boja je tamno crvena, sa zlatkastim shimmerom se vidi i u bocici i na noktima. 

After so many years, nail polish is still in great condition. Color is dark red, with gold shimmer that is visible in bottle and on nails.

The New 31 Day Challenge : Aquarelle Technique

Moj omiljeni dan izazova! Obozavam da isprobavam nove tehnike, jer i ono sto vam se ne svidi kada vidite na tudjim noktima, mozda na vasim izgleda fenomenalno. Ima vec sigurno dva meseca kako sam kupila akvarel bojice ali nisam imala vremena da vezbam crtanje njima. Da odmah razjasnim, u pitanju su bas akvarel bojice koje koriste slikari, ne vodene boje niti lak ravodnjen acetonom. 

U principu, nije tesko raditi njima, iako je jako tesko naci ikakav dobar tutorijal na netu. Ko zna, mozda kada se uvezbam, ja ga napravim :). Postupak je slican crtanju na papiru, sa bojicama koje prethodno umocite u vodu. 

Pored akvarel bojica, koristila sam i Essence - Sleepy koji sam matirala sa Essence - Matt Top Coat (jer je mnogo lakse crtati na mat povrsini).

My favorite day of a challenge! I love trying new techniques, because the things that you maybe don't like when you see it on others nails, maybe it will look awesome on you. About two months ago, I bought a set of aquarelle pencils, but I had no time to practice drawing with them. Just to be clear, these are aquarelle pencils that artists use, not water colors or nail polish with acetone. 

The fact is that it's not that hard to do with them, but it's hard to find any good tutorials for it. Who knows, maybe after I practice enough, I could make one :). With them, you just paint on your nails like you do on paper, with pencils previously dipped in water.

Besides aquarelle pencils, I used Essence - Sleepy and Essence Matt Top Coat over it (because it's a lot easier to draw on a matte surface). 

Sta mislite o ovoj tehnici? Jedva cekam da vidim koje su tehnike devojke danas isprobale, mozda ih ja isprobam uskoro :).

The New 31 Day Challenge : Colour Opposites

Moja omiljena kombinacija suprutnih boja je zuto-plava. Ali ipak, pored toliko plavih lakova koje imam, bilo je tesko odluciti se za nijansu, kao i za nijansu zute koja joj savrseno odgovara. Odlucila sam se za Essence - Grumpy kojoj savrseno odgovara moja zuta akrilna boja, i za plavu akrilnu boju kojoj je savrseni par Essence - Happy. Jos par poteza sa tackalom i cetkicom, i bila sam spremna za danasnji dan :).

My favorite combination of opposite colors is blue-yellow. But, I have so many blue nail polishes, so it was really hard to choose one, and also to find a shade of yellow that is a perfect match for it. I decided for Essence - Grumpy in combination with my yellow acrylic paint, and blue acrylic paint which is a perfect match for Essence - Happy. Few more details with dotting tool and brushes, and I was ready for today :).

The New 31 Day Challenge : Watercolor

Proslo je stvarno mnogo vremena od kada sam zadnji put radila ovu tehniku. Iskreno, mislim da sam je samo jednom i radila, nije mi se nesto posebno svidela, i odustala. Ali, danas sam je ponovila. Odlucila sam se za sarenu varijantu jer makar malo umanjuje "neuredan" efekat. 

Kostila sam lakove : Art de Lautrec #66, Essence - Love of Pink, Catrice - Bye, Bye Birdy!, Disney Villains #26, Essence - Did Someone Say Nude?, Catrice - Run Forest Run, Aura Inches - Dig that Gold, Essence - Bad Girl i Catherine Arley #08.  

It's been a really long time since I did this technique on my nails. To be honest, I think I did it once, I didn't like it, and I gave up. And today I did it again. I decided for colorful version, because "messy" effect is less visible.

The New 31 Day Challenge : Stamping

Nisam neki obozavalac pecatiranja noktiju. Ne kazem da mi se to ne svidja, jednostavno, to nije nesto sto radim iz zabave :). Zato pecatiranje uvek ostavljam za izazove poput ovog, poneko nail art takmicenje, ili za dane kada nemam ideje sta bi drugo napravila na noktima. 

A danas, bas pecatiranje. Kako ne bi bilo previse monotono, zamislila sam da napravim kao neko "visestruko" pecatiranje koje ce biti skroz neobavezno. Prosudite same da li je lepo :).

Koristila sam : theBalm - Orange You're Glad You're Not Blue, Stamping Blue Polish, Miyo - Ink, Miss Sporty #340; Essence - A Piece of Forever, Isabelle Dupont #268 i plocicu BM - 212.

I'm not really a huge fan of stamping. I don't say I don't like it, it's just, that's not something that I will do for fun :). That's why I always leave stamping for challenges like this one, some nail art contest, or for those days when I have no other ideas what to on nails. 

And today, stamping. I didn't want to do something simple, and I thought about something like "multiple" stamping that will be totally random. I can't decide is it pretty, you're judge :).
