In Faberge Style

Danas je pravoslavni Veliki Petak, i znate šta to znači - farbanje jaja :). Nažalost, uvek mi dobre ideje padnu na pamet tek nakon onog dana kada trebaju, i tako mi je danas, nakon što su jaja bila gotova, pala na pamet ideja farbanja jaja tako da liče na Faberge jaja. Sigurna sam da ste čule za ova divna ukrasna jaja koja se u svetu prodaju po stvarno visokim cenama. Farbanje jaja u Faberge stilu će morati da čeka sledeću godinu, ali sam barem ja ofarbala moje nokte u tom stilu.

Koristila sam : Essence - Red-y to go, Aura - Soul Shade, Essence - Grumpy, Aura - Disco Princess, Essence - Princess Peach, Claire's - Silver glitter, China Glaze - Cha Cha Cha, Miss Selene #170, Essence - A Piece of Forever i okrugle cirkone. 

Today is orthodox Good Friday and you know what that means - egg painting :). Unfortunately I always think about something awesome after the time when I need it, and something like that happened today. Right after eggs were finishes, I thought about how cool it would be to make eggs looks like Faberge eggs. I'm sure that you heard about these gorgeous eggs that are selling for a huge amount of money. Painting eggs in Faberge style will have to wait for the next year, but at least I did my nails in this style. 

I used :  Essence - Red-y to go, Aura - Soul Shade, Essence - Grumpy, Aura - Disco Princess, Essence - Princess Peach, Claire's - Silver glitter, China Glaze - Cha Cha Cha, Miss Selene #170, Essence - A Piece of Forever and round rhinestones.

Cinderella

Ako ste bile ovde negde tokom marta, sigurno ste pročitale da sam veoma zauzeta zbog jednog malog projekta. Projekat je bio velik, a u pitanju je takmičenje u crtanju na plastičnim tipsama u kutiji. Tema je bila Bajke Braće Grim, a ja sam se odlučila za moju omiljenu, Pepeljugu. Trebalo mi je mnogo vremena ali uspela sam da je nacrtam. Nekima se svidela, nekima ne, ali meni je bitno sa sam ja zadovoljna sobom. Ovaj post ću ostaviti lepim, tako da vam neću pričati ništa više o takmičenju (za priču o tome, svratite sutra). Takođe, moram priznati i da je bio izazov crtati na ovako velikim tipsama. Iako, ako se ja pitam, veća je umetnost znati nacrtati nešto na jednom kvadratnom centimetru nego na ovoliko velikom platnu. 

Posebno bi želela da se zahvalim sajtu Born Pretty Store jer bez njihovog sponzorisanog materijala ne bi uspela sve ovo da napravim tako kako jeste. 

Lista korišćenog materijala je predugačka, nikada ranije nisam upotrebila toliko različitih lakova (35!), ali ipak ću vam je napisati : 

If you were here in March, I'm sure you read that I was very busy with one little project. Project was huge, and it is contest for nail art on tips in box. Theme was Grimms' Fairy Tales and I chose my favorite, Cinderella. It took a lot of time and effort to draw it. Someone like it, someone dislike it, but most important thing for me is that I was satisfied with my work. I will leave this post nice so I won't tell you anything else about this contest (for story about it, come back tomorrow). Also, I have to admit that it was a challenge to draw on such a huge tips. Although, if you ask me, I think that it is harder and challenging to draw on a small nail than on such a huge canvas.

Haul & Nail Mail in January

Nisam ni bila svesna da se moja kolekcija lakova za nokte prosirila za toliko komada tokom januara. Nesto sam kupila, nesto osvojila pa da krenemo redom...

I wasn't even aware that my nail polish collection got much bigger during January. Some polishes I bought, I some I won so let me show you everything...

Novogodisnje praznike provela sam u Becu. Obozavam Bec, posebno u zimskom dobu, a ove godine sam uhvatila i dosta Bozicnih snizenja :). Kupila sam set od Claire's mini lakova, 12 komada za samo 7 eura. Lakovi nemaju ime na sebi, pa ako mi mozete pomoci sa tim, javite se :). 

I spent New Years Holidays in Vienna. I love Vienna, especially during a winter, and this year I found a lot of Christmas sale items :). I bought a set of Claire's mini nail polishes, pack of 12 for only about 9$. Polishes don't have any names on them, so if you can help me with that, let me know :). 

Takodje u Becu, bila sam u jednoj prodavnici, Primark, koja je imala ogromna snizenja na sve. Odecu, obucu, nakit, pa i kozmetiku. Tamo sam pronasla ovaj set neonskih lakova za samo 2,5 eura.

Also in Vienna, I was in one store, Primark, that had huge sales on everything. Clothes, shoes, jewelry  and even on cosmetic. I found there this set of neon nail polishes for only about 4$. 

Essence lakovi su jeftiniji u Austriji, tako da sam iskoristila priliku i da kupim nekoliko Colour&Go lakova koje sam planirala da kupim jos odavno :).

Essence nail polishes are cheaper in Austria, so I took an opportunity to buy few Colour&Go nail polishes that was on buy Wishlist :).

Posto kod nas vise ne uvoze Nail Art Toppere, kao ni BTGN Top Sealer (velika greska, krivim uvoznika), napravila sam zalihe :). I takodje ugrabila jedan Look by BIPA lak koji mi je izgledao interesantno :).

Since there aren't any Nail Art Toppers and BTGN Top Sealer here (big mistake, I blame importer), I made supplies :). I also grabbed one Look by BIPA nail polish that look very interesting :).

U decembru, imala sam srece, i osvojila sam deo Fruity kolekcije na Essence Advent Calendar-u. Drago mi je zbog toga, pogotovo jer ova kolekcija nikad nije dosla u Srbiju.

In December, I had luck, and won a part of Fruity collection on Essence Advent Calendar. I'm really happy because of that, especially because this collection never came in Serbia.

Aura je pustila u prodaju novu kolekciju lakova za nokte, Lux Glitter. Jedan lak i senku za oci sam osvojila na njihovoj Facebook stranici, a ostalih 7 sam kupila sama :).

Aura, Serbian cosmetic company, made a new nail polish collection, Lux Glitter. I won one nail polish and eye shadow on their Facebook page, and I bought seven others :). 

I konacno, China Glaze Cirque du Soleil kolekcija je stigla. Uspela sam da se ogranicim da kupim samo tri laka, ona koja su mi se najvise svideli :).

And finally, China Glaze Cirque du Soleil collection came. I was good, and only bought three of them which I liked the most :).

Claire’s Mood Nail Polish–Calm/Wild

Danas mi je rodjendan :). Nazalost, zbog ispita nisam imala vremena da crtam baloncice i tortice, ali planiram to da uradim kada ga budem slavila :). Ovako, danas, cisto da ne budu "dosadni", nalakirala sam ljubicasti Claire's lak koji menja boja u odnosu na raspolozenje (temperaturu). Na hladno je tamno ljubicast ("Calm"), a na toplo je svetlo ljubicast ("Wild"). Razlika izmedju ovog laka i prethodnih je sto se ne susi na mat. Cak sta vise, prepun je sitnih sljokica. Trebala su dva sloja. Nije los, samo mi se ne svidja sto razlika u boji nije toliko jako vidljiva.

Today is my birthday :). Unfortunately, because of my finals I didn't had time to draw balloons and cake, but I am planning to that when I will celebrate it :). This way, today, just because I didn't want them to be "boring", I applied purple Claire's nail polish that changes colour depend on your mood (temperature). On cold it's dark purple ("Calm"), and on warm it's light purple ("Wild"). Difference between this nail polish and previous ones is that it don't dries on matte. It's full of tiny glitters. It took two coats to be opaque. Not bad, I just don't like that difference in colours is barely visible. 

Sta mislite? Da li vam se svidja? Sve vise zelim da nabavim i ostale boje koje mi fale :).

Am I flirty or shy? (Mood nail polish)

Ne mogu vam opisati koliko sam uzbudjena sto konacno imam ovaj lak na noktima. Koji? Claire's Mood Color Changing - Flirty/Shy. Ono sto je toliko neobicno kod ovog laka je sto menja boju u odnosu na raspolozenje (tj. temperaturu). Mozda se secate prstena iz mladjih dana koji su radili ovako? Ja sam ih imala mnogo, i obozavala sam ih :). Na hladnijoj temperaturi, ovaj lak je tamno plav (iliti "Flirty"), dok je na toplijoj temperaturi svetlo plav (tj. "Shy"). Otkrila sam da su mi nokti cesto hladni :). 

Lak se nanosi u tri sloja, i susi se na mat. Posto nisam neki fan mat lakova, premazala sam ga sa sjajnim nadlakom, ali ipak cu vam pokazati obe varijante :).

I can't describe you how exited I am to finally have this nail polish on my nails. Which one? Claire's Mood Color Changing - Flirty/Shy. Unusual thing with this one is that it change colour based on your mood (temperature). Maybe you remember rings from younger days that worked like this? I had a lot of them, and I love them :). On cooler temperature, this nail polish is indigo blue ("Flirty"), while on warmer temperature it is sky blue ("Shy"). I discovered that my nails are often cold :).

This nail polish is opaque in three coats, and it dries matte. Since I'm not a fan of matte polishes, I applied top coat over it, but I'll show you both versions :).

Saturday Haul & Nail Mail

Kako sam pocela, moglo bi ovo da mi bude tema za post svake subote :). Ove nedelje, kupila sam 16 lakova (ne brinite, od toga je 7 za menjanje) i dobila jedan paketic iz Amerike :). Pa da krenemo od pocetka, sa gomilom koja je namenjena nekom drugom :). 4 China Glaze laka iz Hunger Games Kolekcije, i tri Essence Special Effect Toppera : Time for Reflection, i dva Glorious Aquarius...

When I see how I spend my money, I realize that this could be usual topic for my post on Saturdays :). This week, I bought 16 polishes (don't worry, 7 of them are for swap), and I got one little package from USA :). So let's go from begging, with bunch of polishes that are for someone else :). 4 China Glaze polishes from Hunger Games Collection, and three Essence Special Effect Toppers : Time for Reflection and two Glorious Aquarius.

A sad ono za mene :). Dopunila sam i svoju kolekciju Essence Special Effect Toppera, nasla tri mala Miss Selene glitter laka, i kupila dva laka za nokte mami (ona, ne pitajte me zasto, obozava te nude nijanse). Nasla sam i jos jedan divan lak, ali sad vidim da sam zaboravila da ga uslikam, tako da cu ga ubaciti sledece nedelje :).

And now, things for me :). I completed my collection of Essence Special Effect Toppers, found three little Miss Selene glitter polishes, and bought two nail polishes for my mum (she, don't ask me why, love that nude shades). I also found one more gorgeous nail polish, but I forgot to take picture of it, so I will show it to you next week :).

Volim da ostavim najbolje stvari za kraj... Menjala sam se sa jednom divnom devojkom, Tanyom, i evo sta sam dobila od nje :). Neseser, cestitku, cetiri laka za nokte i mnogo kozmetickih uzoraka :).

I love to leave best thing for the end... I was swapping with a lovely girl Tanya, and here is what I got from here :). Cosmetic bag, card, four nail polishes and a lot of cosmetic samples :)
