Winter Holiday Challenge : New Year Eve

Za mene, savrsena Novogodisnja noc podrazumeva savrsen vatromet koji gledate sa dragom osobom i mozda po jedna casa sampanjca :). Nije bilo dileme sta cu crtati kao odgovor na temu "Novogodinja noc" u Winter Holiday izazovu. Pocela sam sa Essence - Edward's Love iz najnovije Breaking Down II kolekcije, zatim sam nacrtala holo vatromete sa Catherine Arley #801, Catherine Arley #806 i Catherine Arley #946, case sampanjca sa theBalm - Silver Spoon Me i ovu nasu novu 2013 godinu sa Essence - A Piece of Forever.

For me, perfect New Year's Eve is perfect firework that you are watching with a perfect person, and maybe a glass of champagne :). I knew what I will draw for theme "New Year Eve" in Winter Holiday challenge since start. I started with Essence - Edward's Love from newest Breaking Down II collection, then I drew holographic fireworks with Catherine Arley #801, Catherine Arley #806 and Catherine Arley #946, glasses of champagne with theBalm - Silver Spoon Me and our new 2013 year with Essence - A Piece of Forever.

Winter Holiday Challenge : Santa and Elves

Tesko je raditi dva izazova u isto vreme, zbog poklapanja datuma, tako da sam ovog puta morala malo da poranim.
Ne mogu vam ni opisati koliko sam se zabavila crtajuci danas :). U Zimskom Bozicnom izazovu, tema je Deda Mraz i patuljci. Na internetu je toliko razlicitih slika patuljaka, da mi je bilo tesko da odaberem po uzoru na koje da crtam. Odlucila sam da uzmem od svakog patuljka po nesto, i napravim svoje :). Nalakirala sam Essence - Found My Love, na cetvrti nokat Art de Lautrec #421, igrala se malo sa akrilnim bojama i na kraju sve zacinila gliterima theBalm - Sugar Coat It. 

It's hard to do two challenges at the same time, because of the same dates, so I had to do this a little bit earlier.
I can't even describe you how much fun I had today while I was drawing :). In Winter Holiday Challenge, theme is Santa Claus and Elves. On internet there are so many pictures of different elves, so it was hard to choose those who I will draw. I decided to take something from each elf, and make my own elves :). I applied Essence - Found My Love, Art de Lautrec #421 on accent nail, played a little bit with acrylic paints and spiced it all with glitters theBalm - Sugar Coat It.

Winter Holiday Challenge : Reindeer and Sleigh

Danas je sesti dan Zimskog Bozicnog izazova, a tema su irvasi i sanke. Bilo mi je glupo da nacrtam prazne sanke, jer, sta bi onda irvasi vukli, pa sam dodala i Deda Mraza i poklone :). A irvasi, sta reci o njima... osim onog sto cete i same videti... vise lice na neke kamile nego na irvase :).

Podloga je Barielle - Slate of Affairs (koji ste mogle videti OVDE), a ostalo sam crtala akrilnim bojama. Naravno, dodala sam i sljokice, moj omiljeni glitter lak ove zime : theBalm - Sugar Coat It!

Today is the sixth day of Winter Holiday Challenge, and theme is "Reindeer and Sleigh". I thought it is stupid to draw empty sleigh, because, what would reindeer pull, so I added Santa Clause and presents :). And reindeer  what can I tell you about them... except the thing you will see yourself... they look more like camels than reindeer :).

Base color is Barielle - Slate of Affairs (which you could saw HERE), and I drew everything with acrylic paints. Of course, I added some glitters, my favorite glitter nail polish this winter : theBalm - Sugar Coat It!

Nadam se da cu uspeti da nacrtam bolje irvase sledeci put :). Hajde da pogledamo i sta su druge devojke uradile :).

I hope I will manage to draw better reindeer next time :). Let's take a look at what other girls did today :).

Winter Holiday Challenge : Christmas Ornaments

Danas je sesti dan "Zimskog praznicnog izazova", a tema je "Bozicne dekoracije, jelka, ukrasi, venac i slicno". Od pocetka sam znala da cu se odluciti za ukrase, iako nisam imala ideju u glavi do sinoc. Mama mi je pomogla da se odlucim kako ce sta tacno izgledati (hvala mama :) ), i veoma mi se dopada.

Pocela sam sa theBalm - Silver Spoon Me kao podlogom, zatim sam je posula sljokicama sa theBalm - You're so Hot and Gold. Nastavila sam docaravanjem snega, tako sto sam natapkala sundjerom malo belog laka - Farmasi #02. Ukrase i grancice, napravila sam akrilnim bojama i Golden Rose NA #125, i zavrsila sve dodajuci jos sljokica sa theBalm - Sugar Coat It. Obozavam ovo doba godine, kada ne postoji recenica "To je previse sljokica!".

Today is the sixth day of "Winter Holiday Challenge" and theme is "Christmas decorations (tree, ornaments, wreath etc.)". Since the begging of the challenge, I knew that I will do ornaments, although I didn't have idea in my head until last night. My mum helped me choosing how everything will look like (thanks mum :) ), and I really like it.

I started with theBalm - Silver Spoon Me as base color, then I added some glitters with theBalm - You're So Hot and Gold. I continued with making a snow, by sponging some white nail polish Farmasi #02. Ornaments and branches were made with acrylic paints and Golden Rose NA #124, and I finished everything by adding more glitters, theBalm - Sugar Coat it. I love this time of the year, when there is no line like "That's to much glitter!".

Winter Holiday Challenge : Presents and Gift Wraps

U "Zimskom Bozicnom izazovu" danas kao temu imamo pokloncice. Ako mene pitate, pokloni su najlepsi kada su upakovani u sarenu kutiju sa ogromnom masnom. Zato su moji na noktima svi u kutijicama, sa masnama na vrhu. Naravno, poklona nikada dosta,zato sam i nacrtala 11 razlicitih :). Kao podlogu, koristila sam Art de Lautrec #421 a sve ostalo sam crtala akrilnim bojama. 

In "Winter Holiday Challenge  theme today are presents or gifts. If you ask me, presents are the best when they are wrapped in a colorful boxes with giant bows. That's why those on my nails are all in boxes and with bows on a top. Of course, there's never too much presents, so I drew 11 different ones :). As base color, I used Art de Lautrec #421 and I drew everything else with acrylic paints. 

Jedva cekam da vidim pokloncice koje su devojke koje ucestvuju sa mnom u ovom izazovu napravile :). A za drugi izazov, sutra je tema ista ova, tako da ocekujte jos pokloncica :).

I can't wait to see presents that girls who are doing this challenge with me made :). And for other challenge, tomorrow we have same theme, so expect more presents :).

Winter Holiday Challenge : Festival of Lights

"Festival svetlosti" je danasnja tema u "Winter Holiday" izazovu. Kada to povezem sa Bozicem, jedino na sta me podseca su one male lampice koje se stavljaju na jelku. Moje su jednostavne, ne svetle u mraku ali su barem sarene. Podloga je Essence -  Grand-Plie In Black, a lampice sam crtala akrilnim bojama.

"Festival of lights" is theme in "Winter Holiday Challenge" today. When I connect that with Christmas, only thing that I can remember are those lights that you put on Christmas tree. My are simple, they don't glow in the dark, but at least they are colorful. Base color is Essence - Grand-Plie In Black, and I made lights with acrylic paints.

Pa, nisu bas nesto lepi. Ali devojke sa kojima radim ovaj izazov su napravile stvarno prelepe lampice. Pogledajte ih obavezno :).

So, they're not that nice. But girls who do this challenge with me made some really amazing light decorations. Check them out :).

Winter Holiday Challenge : Gingerbread man

Juce je tema u Winter Holiday Challenge-u bila "Gingerbread man and candy canes". Ovi mali coveculjci od kolacica mi nisu uspeli prosle godine, pa tako nisu ni ove. Jednostavno, na slikama su tako slatki a na noktima mi se nikako ne svidjaju. Nacrtala sam 4 razlicita Gingerbread-a, i samo mi se jedan (ovaj kuvar) donekle svidja :). Od boja sam koristila lak Oriflame - Mint Pear kao podlogu (vise o njemu drugi put), i akrilne boje za sve ostalo.

Yesterday, theme in Winter Holiday Challenge was "Gingerbread man and candy canes". This little cookie man wasn't nice last year, and they're not nice this year. It's just, they look so cute on pictures  but I don't like how they look on nails. I drew 4 different Gingerbread man, but I only like one (chef one :) ). When it comes to colors, I used nail polish Oriflame - Mint Pear as base color (I'll tell you more about it some other time), and acrylic paints for everything else.

Winter Holiday Challenge : Snowflakes and Snowfall

Devojke iz Crumpet Nail Tarts grupe sa facebook-a su zapocele jos jedan zimsko-Bozicni izazov. Posto sam vec zapocela jedan izazov ovog meseca, ne znam bas da li cu uspeti da ih ispratim u nail art-ovima bas svakog dana zato sto se neki datumi podudaraju, ali potrudicu se da svaku temu uradim, nesto na pravi dan, a nesto dan ranije ili kasnije. 

Girls from Crumpet Nail Tarts group on facebook started Winter Holiday Challenge. Since I already began with another challenge this month, I don't know if I could do same nail art themes every day like they do, because some of the dates matches with 12 Days of Christmas Challenge  but I will try to do every theme, some on exact date, and some on day earlier or later.

Jucerasnja tema je bila "Sneg i grudve". Moja ideja je bila da napravim nocno nebo pod snegom i delimicno sam uspela (u ovom trenutku, jako mi nedostaju moji dugi noktici). Nalakirala sam prvo tri sloja tamno plavog laka sa sitnim shimmerom FlorMar #431, zatim sundjerom utapkala sneg na donjoj polovini nokta sa Farmasi #02. Sneg bi inace bio samo na vrhovima noktiju, ali kako su mi kratki nokte, to bi bila veoma mala kolicina. Dodala sam malo sljokica na "sneg" sa theBalm - Sugar Coat it, kako bi docarala svetlucavost snega, i nacrtala sitnije i krupnije pahuljice. 

Yesterday theme was "Snowflakes and Snowfall". My idea was to make night sky full of snow and I partially did that (in this moment, I really miss my long nails). I polished first three coats of dark blue shimmering nail polish FlorMar #431, then I sponged a snow on one half on my nail with Farmasi #02. Snow supposed to be on my nail tips only, but since my nails are really short, that would not be nice. I added some glitters on "snow" with theBalm - Sugar Coat it, which represent snow sparkling, and then I drew some big and small snowflakes.
