Hello everyone! I'm so exited to have this guest post! :) 

So today I have for you a design I created with striping tape, over the gorgeous Golden Rose Jolly Jewels 110. I actually got this polish from Marijana in a swap we both participated in, and it seemed appropriate to review this beauty here :) I used 2 coats here, and I'm very happy with the result. The only problem with this polish is the removal - It takes forever!! I think in this case it would be a good idea to use aluminium foil in the removal :) 

In order to make things a but more interesting, I added with a striping tape this black polish triangle. And on top of that - another red shimmer triangle (to go with the glitter! :) with China Glaze - Cranberry Splash!

Golden Holo with Black stripes

Danas ću vam napokon pokazati nokte koje sam nosila na sajmu kozmetike. Želela sam nešto što se može brzo napraviti a izgledati lepo, i ovo je ono što sam uspela da napravim u roku od pola sata. Nažalost, pošto sam bila ceo dan zarobljena na sajmu (više o tome drugom prilikom), uslikala sam nokte tek dan kasnije kada se lak malo već iskrzao i uništio. Moja jedina greška je bila što sam koristila pink trakice umesto crnih, ali nigde nisam mogla da pronađem crne (da, vreme je da sredim orman).

Koristila sam : China Glaze - It's My Turn i theBalm - I Take My Coffee Matte and Black. 

Today I'm finally gonna show you nails that I wore on the cosmetic fair. I wanted something that can be done fast and still look nice, and this is what I made in just a half an hour. Unfortunately  since I was there whole day without an option of going outside (more about that some other time), I took picture of nails a day later when polish already chipped a little bit. My only mistake was using pink stripping tape instead of black ones, but I couldn't find them anywhere (yes, it's time for me to clean up my closet).

I used : China Glaze - It's My Turn and theBalm - I Take My Coffee Matte and Black.

Triangle Nail Art

Danas sam se malo igrala sa trakicama koje sam kupila u Born Pretty Store-u jos pre skoro pola godine (mozete ih naci i u Alexandar Cosmetics-u). Iskreno, lakse mi je da pravim ovakve kombinacije boja sa ovim trakicama nego sa selotejpom zato sto su tanje i lakse ih je lepiti i skidati sa noktiju. Prvo sam nalakirala nokte sa Essence - Grumpy, a zatim sam nalepila trakice po dijagonalama noktiju. Gornje trouglove sam premazala sa Golden Rose Scale Effect #11, dok sam donje trouglove nalakirala sa (od leva ka desno) : Miyo - Papaya, Art de Lautrec #65, theBalm - Hella Yella i Essence - Flowerfields.

Today I played with stripping tape that I bought in Born Pretty Store about half year ago. To be honest, it's easier to me to make this kind of color combination with stripping tape than with scotch tape because they are thinner and they are easier to apply/remove from nails. First I painted my nails with Essence - Grumpy, and then I putted the tape on diagonals of the nails. Upper triangles are topped with Golden Rose Scale Effect #11, and I painted downer triangles with (from left to right) :  Miyo - Papaya, Art de Lautrec #65, theBalm - Hella Yella and Essence - Flowerfields.

The New 31 Day Challenge – Inspired by a Blogger

Sigurna sam da ste sve cule za blog "Chloe's Nails". Ako niste, morate ga pogledati! To je bio prvi blog koji sam ja pocela da citam. Pratila sam je skoro od samog njenog pocetka, i ona me je na neki nacin i inspirisala da pocnem da pisem svoj blog. Nazalost, Erika sa Chloe's Nails ne pise vec skoro godinu dana, ali na njenom blogu mozete mnogo ideja. Ona me je naucila da mat i sjajni lak mogu biti u isto vreme na noktima i da to izgleda perfektno. Ako pitate mene, Erika je kraljica selotejpa na noktima, i nikog za sada nisam videla da je bolji u tome od nje. A evo i mojih noktiju, inspirisanim njenim...

I'm sure you all heard about blog "Chloe's Nails". If you haven't, you must check it out! It was a first blog that I started reading. I followed her from almost the begining, and she kind of inspired me to start writing my own blog. Unfortunately, Erika from Chloe's Nails doesn't write for almost a year now, but you can still see a lot of ideas on her blog. She taught me that matte and shine nail polishes can be on your nails at the same time, and that it looks perfect. If you ask me, Erika is a queen of scotch tape manis, and I never saw anybody doing that better than she. And here are my nails, inspired by hers...

The New 31 Day Challenge : Tape Mani

Izvinite ako malkice kasnim, morala sam da odgledam polu-finale Prvog Glasa Srbije :). A sad da se vratimo na ovaj izazov, manikir sa selotejpom/trakicama. Mislim da mi je ovo prvi put da sam probala da ga napravim, verovatno zato sto mi je mnogo lakse da sama rukom izvucem ove prave linije :). Nije ispalo savrseno, nisam ocenila pravo vreme za odlepljivanje trakica selotejpa, a pomalo mi je i top coat unistio jedan nokat... 

Lakovi koje sam koristila su : China Glaze - BFF, Miss Sporty - New Black i China Glaze -2NITE.

Sorry because I'm a little bit late, I had to watch half-final of First Voice of Serbia :). And now, let's get back to this challenge, tape mani. I think this is my first time trying to do this, probably because it's a lot easier for me to make this straight lines with freehand :). It's not perfect, I took off scotch tape too early, and top coat ruined one of my nails...

Polishes that I used are : China Glaze - BFF, Miss Sporty - New Black and China Glaze - 2NITE.

Romantic Pink/Blue Nails

Kako ste provele vikend? Ja sam bila zauzeta reorganizacijom mojih lakova, kao i pravljenjem novog watermark-a. Verovale ili ne, na to mi je otislo mnogo vremena. Posto je sve vise kradji slika sa blogova, gde se watermark samo isece, zelela sam da malo bolje zastitim svoje slike. 

A isla sam i na jednu rodjendansku zurku. Sigurno vec znate kako volim da uparujem nokte sa odecom. Mojoj plavoj suknjici na roze cvetice je tacno ovo trebalo... Rozi nokti (FlorMar N008) sa plavim trakicama iz Born Pretty Store-a, uz plavi prstenjak i palac (FlorMar #423) sa pecatom sa Bundle Monster plocice BM-205. Romanticno i cvetno...

Posto je bila vec pala noc kada sam zavrsila, slike sam uslikala dan kasnije, sto objasnjava pomalo skinute trakice.

How was your weekend? I was busy with reorganization of my polishes, and making a new watermark. Believe it or not, but it took a lot of time. Since there are more and more steal of bloggers pictures, where watermark is just cropped, I wanted to protect my picture little bit better. 

And I went on a birthday party. You probably already know that I like to match my nails with clothes. My blue skirt with pink flowers needed something like this... Pink nails (FlorMar N008) with blue stripping tape from Born Pretty Store, and blue ring finger and thumb (FlorMar #423) with stamping from a Bundle Monster plate BM-205. Romantic and flowers...

Since it was already dark when I finished, I took pictures of nails one day later, which explains why is striping tape little bit unglued.
