Matching Manicure–Geometric shapes

Iz liste slika "mojih budućih inspiracija za nail art" koje čuvam u jednom folderu, uzimajući u obzir da je današnja tema Geometrijski oblici, jedva sam uspela da pronađem pravi. Nisam baš dobra u crtanju stvari ravnih ivica. Što možete primetiti i danas :). Kvadratići idu od pravih do izduženih, od malih ka velikim. Šljokice su ipak malo ublažile stvar i napravile optičku iluziju.

From list of pictures from "my future nail art inspirations" that I keep in one folder, considering that today theme is Geometric shapes, I could barely find one that can match. I'm not really good at drawing things with straight edges. Which you can notice today :). Squares goes from straight to stretched ones, from little to big ones. Glitter over it was good, because it made something like optical illusion from this.

Subtle Way to say Happy Valentine's Day

Iako se stvarno trudim da slavim ljubav svakog dana, Dan Zaljubljenih za mene je poseban praznik. Potrebno je ponekad videti sva ta crvena srca u izlozima, medvediće i "I love you" na hiljadu jezika na mnoštvu predmeta. Labudovi su za mene oduvek bili jedni od simbola ljubavi. Zato je ovo suptilan način da vam poželim srećan Dan Zaljubljenih.

Although I really try to celebrate love each day, Valentine's Day is a really special holiday for me. Sometimes it is nice to see all those hearts in the stores, teddy bears, and "I love you" on thousand languages on lot of products. Swans were always one of the symbols of love for me. That's why this is subtle way to wish you all happy Valentine's Day.

Matching Manicure–Fireworks

Poslednji Matching Manicure ove godine je u novogodišnjem duhu - vatrometi. Zvuči veoma lako ali priznajem da nije bilo. Prošle godine ispali su mi mnogo bolji. Ove godine, planirala sam da idem prečicom, i upotrebim vatromete sa Bundle Monster pločice BM - H14, ali nije radila kako trebe. Očigledno sam dobila pločicu sa greškom. Ovo je jedino što sam uspela da smislim u 2 ujutro :).

Koristila sam : Catrice - New York, China Glaze - DV8, China Glaze - TTYL, China Glaze - 2NITE, Layla - Mercury Twilight, i Jade - Energy.

Last Matching Manicure this year is in New Years spirit - fireworks. It sound really easy, but it was not. Last year they turned out so much better. This year, I planned to use shortcut, and stamp fireworks from Bundle Monster BM - H14 plate, but it didn't work. I obviously got a plate with mistake. This is the only other thing that I could do in 2AM :).

I used : Catrice - New York, China Glaze - DV8, China Glaze - TTYL, China Glaze - 2NITE, Layla - Mercury Twilight, and Jade - Energy.

Inspired by Nina's nails

Pre skoro mesec dana, Nina sa bloga nina's nails je objavila njen manikir sa ovim nalepnicama za nokte. Prvo sam videla samo sliku na njenoj Facebook stranici, i moja prva reakcija je bila "Kako je ovo nacrtala"?  Onda sam posetila njen blog, i shvatila da su u pitanju nalepnice (više o tome, možete pročitati OVDE).

About a month ago, Nina from nina's nails blog published her manicure with this nail stickers. First I saw only a picture on her Facebook page, and first thing that I thought was "How did she draw this"? Then I visited her blog and realized that this cute art are stickers (for more about that, you can read HERE).

Kada sam joj rekla šta sam prvo pomislila, predložila mi je da rekreiram ovaj njen manikir ali sa ručnim crtanjem. Znate li šta je usledilo?

When I told her what I thought at first, she suggested me to recreate this manicure but to do it free handed. Do you know what I said?

U mojoj rekreaciji, linije su malo deblje, ali razumite da nisam štampač i da je ovo verovatno najtanje što sam mogla. Malkice sam izmenila i boje, čisto da vidim kako će to izgledati ako se doda malo više žuto-narandžastih nijansi. 

Koristila sam : Essence - Bad Girl. Catrice - Bye, Bye Birdy!, Essence - Do  A Floating Pirouette, Essence - Sundancer, Catrice - Jade is Not My Name, theBalm - A Case of the Blues, Essence - The One And Only, Essence - Bella i akrilne boje. 

In my recreation, lines were a little bit thicker, but you understand that I'm not a printer and this is probably the thinnest I could do. I also changed colors a little bit, just to see how it will look if you add more yellowish-orange shades. 

I used : Essence - Bad Girl. Catrice - Bye, Bye Birdy!, Essence - Do  A Floating Pirouette, Essence - Sundancer, Catrice - Jade is Not My Name, theBalm - A Case of the Blues, Essence - The One And Only, Essence - Bella and acrylic paints.

Stamping and Dotting

Ponekad, kada nemate baš inspiracije, pečatiranje vaših noktiju je savršeno rešenje. Pomoću njega, čak možete napraviti i nešto potpuno neobično i za vas neočekivano. Moj dan danas, počeo je sa lakiranjem ovog koralnog laka theBalm - Coral Reef-ined. Nisam imala inspiraciju za nikakvo crtanje, a tek par sati kasnije, setila sam se mojih Bundle Monster pločica koje nisam koristila već neko vreme. Napokon, nakon milion puta promenjenog mišljenja, izabrala sam uzorak sa pločice BM - 209 i lak Miyo - Black. Prošlo je malo više od sat vremena, kada su mi se moji nokti učinili dosadnim, pa sam crne tačkice promenila u šarene. A evo i koje sam sve lakove upotrebila za to : Catrice - Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy, Catherine Arley #08, theBalm - Hella Yella, Essence - Date Me, Essence - Divalicious Red, theBalm - Lilac Any Sence i theBalm - Magenta Disposition. 

Sometimes, when you feel uninspired, stamping your nails is a perfect solution. With it, you can even make something completely oddly and for you unexpected. My day started with painting my nails with theBalm - Coral Reef-ined. I didn't have inspiration for drawing, and few hours later, I remembered my Bundle Monster plates that I haven't used for a while. Finally, after I changed my mind for about a million times, I chose pattern from plate BM - 209 and nail polish Miyo - Black. More than an hour later, I thought about how boring my nails are, so I changed black dots into rainbow dots. And here is the list of all polishes that I used for it : Catrice - Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy, Catherine Arley #08, theBalm - Hella Yella, Essence - Date Me, Essence - Divalicious Red, theBalm - Lilac Any Sence and theBalm - Magenta Disposition.

Smoke in a Lighted Room

Toliko dugo nisam radila Saran Wrap tehnikom, da sam već i zaboravila koliko je zabavno. Pomalo sam je izbegavala jer zahteva puno čišćenja, a to baš i ne volim da radim. Šta da kažem, više volim kada znam da mogu da kontrolišem gde će šta da bude. Pa tako i nered :). Današnji Saran Wrap manikir je u žuto-plavoj kombinaciji i izgleda kao neki dim u svetloj prostoriji. Ponekad mi se čak i učini da vidim neke oblike, ali to je verovatno samo moja mašta. 

Koristila sam : theBalm - Hella Yella i Catrice - Pool Party At Night.

It's been a while since I did mani with Saran Wrap technique, I forgot how fun it is. I believe I avoided it because you have to do a lot of cleaning after it, and I'm not really a fan of that. What can I say, I prefer to know that I can control where everything is going to be. And that includes mess :). Todays Saran Wrap mani is in yellow-blue combination and it looks like a lot of smoke in lighted room. Sometimes I can even see some shapes in it, but it's probably just my imagination. 

I used : theBalm - Hella Yella and Catrice - Pool Party At Night.

Rainbow Fish Scales

Danas mi je stvarno trebalo nešto što će me razveseliti. Počelo je kao bojenje bez ikakvog reda i veze, i taman kad sam pomislila da bi mogla da skinem tu mrlju sa noktiju koju sam napravila najviše iz nervoze, shvatila sam da ustvari izgleda lepo. Dodala sam još malo boje, još po koju tačkicu i ustvari napravila manikir sa vodenim bojama. Ono malo što je falilo da sve izgleda savršeno je bilo pločica za pečatiranje BM - 203, i nastale su šarene riblje krljušti. Za ove neke male greškice koje možete videti, definitivno krivim top coat. 

Koristila sam : Farmasi #02, Catrice - Run Forest Run, Catrice - Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy, Essence - Do  A Floating Pirouette, FlorMar N007, Catherine Arley - 08, theBalm - Hella Yella, Rapsodi #191 i Miyo - Black. 

Today I really needed something that will cheer me up. It started like painting without any order and connection, and just when I thought that I could remove that mess off my nails that I made just because I was nervous, I realized that it looks nice. I added some more paint, and few more dots and actually made water color manicure. It needed something more for manicure to look perfect, I needed only stamping plate BM - 203, and that would be a story about how rainbow fish scales were made. For those little mistakes that you can see, I blame top coat.

I used : Farmasi #02, Catrice - Run Forest Run, Catrice - Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy, Essence - Do  A Floating Pirouette, FlorMar N007, Catherine Arley - 08, theBalm - Hella Yella, Rapsodi #191 and Miyo - Black.

Happy Easter Everybody

Iako ne volim baš da jedem jaja, volim Uskrs zbog sve one ostale hrane (posebno torte i šunkice). Toliko sam jela da ne mogu ni da vam opišem, zato ću danas iskoristiti ovo malo prostora na internetu da vam, svima koji danas slavite Uskrs, poželim srećan praznik :). 

Za današnji manikir, koristila sam : Zoya - Sweet, Golden Rose Paris #214, theBalm - Sky Blue Right Past you, Catrice - New York, Aura - Dig that Gold, i akrilne boje. 

Although I don't really like to eat eggs, I like Easter because of all other food (especially cakes and ham). I ate so much today that I can't even describe you, and that's why I'm gonna use this space today, just to wish to all of you who are celebrating Easter today, happy holiday :).

For my manicure today, I used : Zoya - Sweet, Golden Rose Paris #214, theBalm - Sky Blue Right Past you, Catrice - New York, Aura - Dig that Gold, and acrylic paints.

Fan Brush Art with a Holo Sparkle

I pored jakog vetra koji smo danas imali, pojavilo se na trenutak sunce i omogućilo mi da vam pokažem manikir koji sam danas napravila sa fan četkicom (to je ona što liči na lepezu). Nisam ni znala da pink i zelena mogu izgledati toliko dobro u kombinaciji. Koristila sam lakove : Catrice - Jade is Not My Name, Jade - Energy i Zoya - Sweet. 

Beside strong wind that we had today, Sun showed up for a moment and made it possible for me to show you mani that I made today with a fan brush. I had no idea that pink and green can look so good combined. I used nail polishes : Catrice - Jade is Not My Name, Jade - Energy and Zoya - Sweet. 

Da li vam se dopada crtanje lepezastom četkicom? Ja ga obožavam, a naročito mi je drago što konačno znam svrhu ove četkice.

Do you like art made with fan brush? I love it, especially because I finally know purpose of this brush. 

Purple Fan Brush Art

Sto vise gledam u slike noktiju isaranih onom sirokom cetkicom, to vise zelim da ih iscrtam njome opet. Zabavno je, jer nikad ne znate kako ce izgledati kada zavrsite. Danas sam se odlucila za srebrno-ljubicastu kombinaciju. Sada kada pogledam, izgleda mi kao da su nokti izgrebani necim i jos vise mi se dopada ova tehnika :).

The more I look at the pictures of nail arts made with fan brush, the more I want to do that again. It's really fun, and you never know how it will look when you are finished. Today I decided for silver - purple combination. When I look at it now, it looks like nails are scratched with something, and I love this technique even more :).

Half-holo hearts

Videla sam ovako nesto na nekom blogu, ali sada nikako ne mogu da nadjem. U pitanju su bila (mislim) plavo-crna holo srca i mnogo su mi se dopala. Ja sam uradila polu-holo srca, u ljubicasto-plavoj kombinaciji,   ali nisu ispala perfektno. Tome je doprinelo sto ceo dan nije bilo sunca, pa nisam uspela da uslikam onu holo polovinu srca :).

Koristila sam lakove : Catrice - Heavy Metallilac i China Glaze - DV8.

I saw something like this on one blog, but I can't find it now. It was (I think) blue-black holo hearts and I really liked it. I made half-holo hearts, in purple-blue combination, but it isn't perfect. Also, there were no Sun whole day, so I couldn't take picture that will show you holo part of the hearts :).

The New 31 Day Challenge - Your Favorite Nail Art Technique

Ovaj izazov se polako priblizava kraju, jos samo jedan dan. Mnogo mi se dopalo da isprobam toliko novih stvari na noktima. Vec sam pronasla jos jedan izazov za februar, koji se vecinom sadrzi iz novih tehnika, koje bi stvarno zelela da isprobam. Sta mislite, da ga zapocnem ili da pauziram jedan mesec sa izazovima i pokrenem malo svoju mastu? 

A sada idemo na danasnju temu, omiljena tehnika. Naravno, moja omiljena tehnika je rucno crtanje, i obozavam da je radim. Ali, u zadnje vreme, sve vise me privlaci "Sponging" tehnika (sa sundjerom). Shvatila sam da ona moze pruziti jako lepu podlogu na koju kasnije mogu i da crtam. Pre neki dan sam pronasla tutorijal za gromove na noktima koji savrseno izgledaju, i ovo je bila prilika da probam da ih napravim. Tutorijal mozete pronaci ovde na Just Try In Your Nail blogu.

This challenge is almost at the end, just one more day. I really enjoyed trying so many new things on my nails. I already found another challenge for the next month, that has mostly all new nail art techniques that I really want to try. What do you think, should I start it or should I take a break with a challenges and think about nail art myself?

And now, let's go with theme, your favorite nail art technique. Of course, my favorite nail art technique is freehand drawing, and I love to do that. But, lately, I'm really attracted to Sponging technique. I realized that it can make really nice base on which I can draw. Few days ago I found tutorial for a lightening nails that looks perfect, and this was a chance to try to make them. You can find tutorial here, on Just Try In Your Nail blog.
