Matching Maniure - Snowflakes

Iako smo se za temu Pahuljice dogovorile još pre mesec dana, početkom ove nedelje sam pomislila da bi možda trebalo da predložim da je ipak pomerimo za sledeći mesec. Srećom, sneg me je preduhitrio, a i bilo je vreme, dosta mi je proleća u sred zime. 

Znam da sam imala i previše vremena da smislim šta da nacrtam, ali u poslednje vreme nemam nešto inspiracije. Zbog toga sam ipak išla prečicom - pečatiranjem. A ako sad ne isprobam ove Bundle Monster pločice, moraću da čekam sledeću godinu. Nalakirala sam prvo Flormar #431, inače jedan od mojih favorita za snežne manikire, i preko njega ispečatirala pahuljice sa pločice BM-H02.

Although we agreed to make Snowflakes a month ago, in the beginning of this week I thought that I should maybe suggest girls that we move it to next month. Luckily, snow started to fall few days ago, and it was about time, I'm sick of Spring in the middle of Winter.

I know I had a lot of time to think about what to draw, but I don't really have inspiration lately. That is why I took shortcut - stamping. And if I don't try these Bundle Monster plates now, I would have to wait whole year. I polished my nails with Flormar #431, by the way - it is one of my favourites to use on snow manicures, and over it, I stamped snowflakes from plate BM-H02.

Matching Manicures - BDay Mani

Danas je još jedna nedelja kada naše blogerke prave manikire na istu temu, a ove nedelje tema je rodjendan, jer je jednoj od naših blogo-drugarica rođendan. Srećan rodjendan Dž. :)

Pošto znam da naša Dž. obožava šljokice, odlučila sam da isprobam nove 3D glitter Golden Rose šljokice #11. Možda nećete verovati, ali kupila sam 4 laka iz ove kolekcije još pre par nedelja, i zaboravila na njih. Sve vreme su bili u mojoj tašni. Pored njih, dodala sam nešto što je trebalo da ispadne baloni.

Da vam kažem nešto i o laku. Iako u bočici izgleda neverovatno privlačno, prava je muka naneti ga. Šljokice je skoro nemoguće uhvatiti, tako da sve što vam ostane na noktu su par šljokica i puno providnog laka. Nakon 3 sloja, evo šta je ostalo... Po meni, još uvek premalo šljokica.

Today is another Sunday when Balkan bloggers are matching their manicures, and this week theme is birthday, because it is a birthday day of one of our blogger friends. Happy Birthday Dz :).

Since we all now that Dz. loves glitter, I decided to try out new 3D glitter Golden Rose #11. Maybe you won't believe me, but I bought 4 polishes from this collection few weeks ago, and I forgot about the. They were in my purse all this time. I also draw something that would suppose to be balloons. 

Let me tell you something about polish. Although in the bottle it looks really attractive, it is really hard to apply it. Glitter is almost impossible to catch, so only thing that you have with each coat is few glitters and a lot of clear polish. After three coats, here it is... If you ask me, it needs more glitter. 

Matching Manicures - Snowy Manicure

Zamislite situaciju. Na poslu sam ceo dan, i tek negde posle 23h završavam, izađem na ulicu, i vidim mnooogo snega koji i dalje pada. U trenutku, zovem mamu i kažem "Pa zašto ja ne znam da pada sneg?". Narednih 15-20 minuta uživam u pahuljicama i smešim se. Obožavam sneg, i jako mi je žao što je tako kratko trajao. Već se veselim sledećem :).

Danas je opet Matching Manicures nedelja (da, svesna sam da sam počela samo nedeljom da pišem postove ali ću se truditi da to promenim) a tema je snežni manikir. Iskoristila sam priliku da opet počnem malo više i da ručno crtam po noktima, pa sam pokušala da dočaram jednu zimsku idilu. 

Koristila sam : China Glaze - Sci Fly By za podlogu, akrilne boje za crtanje, i providan lak sa šljokicama koji je inače jedan od mojih omiljenih lakova koji posedujem, theBalm - Sugar Coat It. 

Imagine this situation. I'm at work whole day, and somewhere after 11PM when I finish, I go out to the street and see loooots of snow and it's still falling. In the moment, I called my mom and asked "Why I don't know that it is snowing?" In the next 15-20 minutes I enjoy outside with snow and smile. I love snow, and I'm so sorry because it has already stopped. But I'm looking forward to next one :). 

Today is Matching Manicure Sunday (yes, I'm aware that I started writing posts only on Sunday but I will try to change that), and theme is snowy manicure. I used this opportunity to start doing more free hand nail art and tried to do some winter idyll.

I used : China Glaze - Sci-Fly By as a base, acrylic paints for painting and clear nail polish with glitter that is, by the way, one of my favourite polishes that I own, theBalm - Sugar Coat It.

Hearts in the Dark

Lakovi koji svetle u mraku se nešto što morate imate za vaš manikir za Noć Veštica. Mada ne samo tada, jer oni umeju da budu korisni i u svakodnevnim situacijama ( :D ko je razumeo, razumeo je; ko nije, razumeće). Moje druženje sa lakovima koji svetle u mraku je počelo prošle godine, a od tada se njihov broj u mojoj kolekciji konstantno povećava. Najnoviji od njih je BK #06 koji sam dobila od divne Xana za rođendan.

BK #06 je plavi jelly lak koji svetli zeleno u mraku, i mada na noktima izgleda kao da nije osušen (uvek tako izgleda), jeste. Lak je malo vodenaste formule, pa predlažem da ga lakirate preko belog laka za nokte. Ja sam ga lakirala bez podloge, i nanela sam 6 slojeva laka, a još uvek možete videti liniju nokta.

Glow in the dark nail polishes are something that you must have for your Halloween manicure. Although, not just then, because they can be useful in some everyday activities ( :D who understood, understood; who didn’t, you will). I first tried glow in the dark nail polishes last year, and since then, their number in my stash is constantly growing. Newest is BK #06 which I got from lovely Xana for my birthday.

BK #06 is a blue jelly nail polish that glows green in the dark, and although it looks on nails like it’s not dried (it always looks like that), it is. Formula is kind of watery, so I suggest applying it over white base. I painted it without any base, and applied 6 coats of polish, but you can still see visible nail line. 

Da učinim ovo malo interesantnijim, nacrtala sam nekoliko srca belom akrilnom bojom. Ono što me je iznenadilo je sledeće : na svetlu, ovaj lak je plave boje a srca su bela; na prigušenom svetlu, lak svetli u mraku i zelene je boje, dok su srca šarena (pretpostavljam da je u pitanju neko prelivanje svetlosti preko bele boje, ali mi i dalje nije potpuno jasno); dok je u mraku onako kako sam i planirala da bude, lak svetli zeleno, a srca su crna.

To make this a little bit more interesting, I drew some hearts with white acrylic paints. And this is what surprised me : on light, this polish is blue, and hearts are white; on low light, polish glows green but hearts are rainbow colored (I suppose there is something about refexion of light over white color, but I still don’t really understand that); while in the dark is like I planned it to be, polish glows green and hearts are black.

Silicone Stamping Fail

Videla sam već par puta u pojedinim prodavnicama ovaj novi silikonski pečat za nokte ali nikada mi nije palo na pamet da ga kupim. Nisam osoba koja preterano voli inovacije jer ne volim da kupim proizvod koji neću koristiti jer ili neću znati kako, ili će trebati toliko vremena za njegovo korišćenje da ću ga iz tog razloga mrzeti. U zadnje vreme sam videla na dosta blogova devojke kako koriste ove pečate, a onda kada mi ga je kkcenterhk.com ponudio na recenziju, odlučila sam da je vreme da i ja uskočim u ovaj vagon.

A i morate priznati, nije isto kada vidite pečat u prodavnici okrenut na stranu gde su udubljenja i kada ga vidite na sajtu gde je predivno obojena strana pečata... Ovaj gumeni pečat nosi oznaku A22.

I already saw for a few times in some stores this new rubber stamp for nails but it never crossed my mind to buy it. I'm not really a person who like innovation, just because I don't like to buy product that I will not use because either I will not know how to use it, or it would take a lot of time for usage so I will avoid it. Lately I saw on a lot of blogs that girls uses these for stamping on their nails, and then kkcenterhk.com offered it to me for review, so I decided it is time to step on that wagon. 

And you have to admit, it's not the same when you see rubber stamp in store and seeing only graved side and when you see it on web where there is colored side of stamp... This rubber stamping have a name A22.

Da, bila sam zbunjena kada sam ga uzela u ruke. I da, još uvek sam. Uputstvo za upotrebu koje možete naći na mnogo tutorijala na youtube-u je sledeće : obojite crtež koji želite da stavite na nokat, pritisnete nekoliko puta pečatom o papir, i zatim ga prenesete na nokte. 

U praksi, to baš i ne ide tako lako. Opčinjena šarenim crtežima sa pozadine pečata, obojila sam raznim bojama cvetić i radila po uputstvu. Od celog cveta, na nokat se prenelo nešto što bi možda moglo da liči na laticu. Probala sam zatim šarene kockice, računajući da ću imati jednobojan manikir sa crtežom na jednom noktu. Opet ista priča, jedna i po kockica ovog puta. Onda sam shvatila da ne vredi da se trudim sa više boja, već sam pokušala sa samo jednom bojom, crnom. 

A ovo, verovali ili ne su moji najuspešniji pokušaji.

Yes, I was confused when I hold it for the first time. And yes, I still am. You can find a lot of instructions for use and tutorials on YouTube and basically it is : paint the drawing that you want to apply on nail, press few times on a paper and then transfer it on nail.

In real life, it is not that easy. Attracted by colourful drawing on the back side of this stamp, I painted that cute little flowers with different colors and did what the instructions said. From all that flowers, only thing that transferred on my nails was something that could look like petal. Then I tried to make rainbow cubes, thinking that I could just have plain nails with a cubes on an accent. Again, same story, this time only one and a half cubes. Then I figured that it is not worth of trying with multiple colors, and tried to use only one color, black. 

And this, believe me or don't, is my best try. 

Stvarno ne mogu da vam kažem u čemu je bio problem. Da li je u tome što višak laka ne može da se skroz skine na papir pritiskanjem (a ni čačkalicom što sam videla u jednom tutorijalu), premalo ugraviranim crtežima, ili možda samo u neiskustvu... 

Ne verujem da ću se opet usuditi da isprobam ove gumene pečate, barem ne dok se potpuno ne uvežbam na ovom kojem već imam (ukoliko je problem neiskustvo).

I really can't tell you what was the problem. Is it because excess of nail polish can't be taken off just pressing it on the paper (or with toothpick, like I saw in one of the tutorials), not enough deep drawings, or maybe inexperience...

I don't think that I will dare to try this rubber stamps again, at least not until I practice enough on these that I already have (if the problem is lack of experience).

Roses...finally!

U zadnje vreme bila sam mnogo lenja. Prvo sam bila lenja da lakiram nokte. Da mi je neko rekao da će mi se to ikada dogoditi, ne bi verovala. Ali dogodilo se. Zatim sam počela da ih povremeno lakiram, ali sam bila lenja da sednem i napišem post. Sve sam uredno uploadovala ali ovih par rečenica koje sam morala da smislim mi se činilo kao jako težak zadatak. Sada nokte opet skoro redovno lakiram, a vreme je da počnem da redovnije i pišem.

Pre nekih dve nedelje, dobila sam poštu i priznajem da je to ono što me je podstaklo da sednem i nalakiram nokte posle dužeg vremena. U pitanju je paketić iz kkcenterhk.com sa ovom divnom pločicom koju sam prosto morala odmah da isprobam.

Lately I was really lazy. First I was lazy to polish my nails. If somebody told me that that could happend, I would never believe it. But it happend. Then I started polishing my nails occasionaly, but I was to lazy to sit down and write a post. I did uploaded posts but these few sentances that I needed to write seemed like a really hard task. Now I polish my nails almost daily, and it is time for me to start writing.

Name of the plate is F08 and is has total of 9 images that you can stamp over nails. I tried them all on paper, and most of it transfered great.

Na noktima sam želela da isprobam ove dve divne ruže. Pretpostavljam da ruže nisu teške ni za nacrtati, a i postoji toliko tutorijala na internetu, ali mi nikada nije palo na pamet da sednem i stvarno probam da ih nacrtam. Zahvaljujući ovoj pločici, napokon imam ruže na noktima :).

Podloga je Perfect #08, bela boja kojom sam nanosila sličice pečatom je Farmasi 02, a žute tačkice su napravljene akrilnom bojom.

On nails I wanted to try out these lovely two roses. I suppose that drawing roses on nails is pretty easy to do, and there are so many tutorials online, but it had never crossed my mind to sit and just try to draw them. Thanks to these plate, I finally have roses on nails :).

Base color is Perfect #08, white color which I used for stamping is Farmasi 02, and yellow dots are made with acrylic paint.

Perfect Holographic H4

Sigurna sam da već znate koliko obožavam hologramske lakove. Dok sam bila u Bugarskoj, kupila sam ceo set Perfect holographic lakova (osim H1, pošto je rasprodat i više se ne proizvodi), tako da već znate šta možete očekivati na blogu ovih dana :).

Danas vam predstavljam Perfect Holographic H4. Iako je mililitraža laka mala, svega 6.5 ml, ovaj lak je savršen. Nokat prekriva u samo dva tanka sloja, što me je iznenadilo jer je većina holo lakova koje sam probala previše providno. Lak se brzo suši, i ostavlja iza sebe prelep spektar boja. 

I'm sure you already know how much I love holographic polishes. While I was in Bulgaria, I bought whole set of Perfect holographic polishes (exept H1, since it is sold out), so you probably already know what you can expect on blog these days :).

Today I'm showing you Perfect Holographic H4. Although it is really small, only 6.5 ml, this nail polish is perfect. It is opaque in only two thin coats, which was surprising, because most of the holo polishes that I tried were too sheer. Polish dries really fast and leaves on nails gorgeous color spectrum.

Perfect Sand Lacquer S77

Pre nekih mesec dana, Perfect, prateći trend koji diktiraju veliki brendovi, je izbacio u prodaju novu kolekciju Sand Lacquer. Iako nisam baš veliki ljubitelj lakova sa teksturom, ovaj sam morala imati jer mi se jako dopala boja. 

Perfect Sand Lacquer S77 je lak koji se nanosi u 2 tanka sloja. Veoma se brzo suši, a formula je perfektna. Pošto ovo nije klasičan "Sand" lak jer u sebi ima šljokice, nisam bila sigurna da ću primetiti razliku između ovog laka i bilo kojeg drugog laka sa šljokicama. Razlika postoji, površina je glatkija. Imala sam osećaj kao da dotičem pesak, a gledam u svetlucavo more. 

About a month ago, Perfect, following trend that high end brands made, published a new collection of nail polishes, Sand Lacquer. Although I'm not really a fan of texture polishes, I had to buy this because I really like its color.

Perfect Sand Lacquer S77 is polish that is opaque in 2 thin coats. It dries really fast, and formula is perfect. Since this is not classic "Sand" nail polish because it has glitter in it, I wasn't sure will I see a difference between this polish and any other glitter polish. Difference is smoothness when it is touched. I had a feeling like I'm touching a sand, and watching at a shiny sea.
