The New 31 Day Challenge - Your Favorite Nail Art Technique

Ovaj izazov se polako priblizava kraju, jos samo jedan dan. Mnogo mi se dopalo da isprobam toliko novih stvari na noktima. Vec sam pronasla jos jedan izazov za februar, koji se vecinom sadrzi iz novih tehnika, koje bi stvarno zelela da isprobam. Sta mislite, da ga zapocnem ili da pauziram jedan mesec sa izazovima i pokrenem malo svoju mastu? 

A sada idemo na danasnju temu, omiljena tehnika. Naravno, moja omiljena tehnika je rucno crtanje, i obozavam da je radim. Ali, u zadnje vreme, sve vise me privlaci "Sponging" tehnika (sa sundjerom). Shvatila sam da ona moze pruziti jako lepu podlogu na koju kasnije mogu i da crtam. Pre neki dan sam pronasla tutorijal za gromove na noktima koji savrseno izgledaju, i ovo je bila prilika da probam da ih napravim. Tutorijal mozete pronaci ovde na Just Try In Your Nail blogu. 

Koristila sam : Essence - Thelma, Essence - Dress to Party, Catrice - Pool Party At Night, theBalm - Sky Blue Right Past You, theBalm - Silver Spoon Me i belu akrilnu boju.

This challenge is almost at the end, just one more day. I really enjoyed trying so many new things on my nails. I already found another challenge for the next month, that has mostly all new nail art techniques that I really want to try. What do you think, should I start it or should I take a break with a challenges and think about nail art myself?

And now, let's go with theme, your favorite nail art technique. Of course, my favorite nail art technique is freehand drawing, and I love to do that. But, lately, I'm really attracted to Sponging technique. I realized that it can make really nice base on which I can draw. Few days ago I found tutorial for a lightening nails that looks perfect, and this was a chance to try to make them. You can find tutorial here, on Just Try In Your Nail blog.

Sigurna sam da ste sve cule za blog "Chloe's Nails". Ako niste, morate ga pogledati! To je bio prvi blog koji sam ja pocela da citam. Pratila sam je skoro od samog njenog pocetka, i ona me je na neki nacin i inspirisala da pocnem da pisem svoj blog. Nazalost, Erika sa Chloe's Nails ne pise vec skoro godinu dana, ali na njenom blogu mozete mnogo ideja. Ona me je naucila da mat i sjajni lak mogu biti u isto vreme na noktima i da to izgleda perfektno. Ako pitate mene, Erika je kraljica selotejpa na noktima, i nikog za sada nisam videla da je bolji u tome od nje. A evo i mojih noktiju, inspirisanim njenim...

I'm sure you all heard about blog "Chloe's Nails". If you haven't, you must check it out! It was a first blog that I started reading. I followed her from almost the begining, and she kind of inspired me to start writing my own blog. Unfortunately, Erika from Chloe's Nails doesn't write for almost a year now, but you can still see a lot of ideas on her blog. She taught me that matte and shine nail polishes can be on your nails at the same time, and that it looks perfect. If you ask me, Erika is a queen of scotch tape manis, and I never saw anybody doing that better than she. And here are my nails, inspired by hers...

The New 31 Day Challenge - Inspired by Purple

Ogroman neuspeh sam dozivela danas. Inspirisano omiljenom bojom. Prvo, tema mi je bila malo nejasna, pogotovo jer je vec postojala tema : omiljena boja. A onda, smislila sam ljubicice (naravno, inspirisane ljubicastom bojom). Nisam ih lepo nacrtala, sljokice iz baznog laka su se probijale kroz akrilnu boju, i na kraju, top coat mi je stvorio mehurice (ne znam zasto, ali ovo mu se desava vec treci put u 10 dana, inace, koristim Essence BTGN Top Sealer). Nadam se da ce sutra biti bolji dan :).

Koristila sam : akrilne boje i lak Venezia #410.

I had a huge nail fail today. Inspired by favorite color. First, I didn't understood a theme, especially when I think about that there were already theme "Favorite Color". And then, I decided to go with viola flowers (of course, inspired by purple). I didn't draw them nice, glitter from base color polish were really sharp and in the end, top coat made some bubbles (I don't know why, but this is the third time this happened in the last 10 days, by the way, I use Essence BTGN Top Sealed). I hope tomorrow will be better :).

I used : acrylic paints and Venezia #410.

The New 31 Day Challenge - A Mani Inspired by Me

Danasnji zadatak je bio tezak. Ne toliko za nacrtati, vec za smisliti. Inspirisan sa mnom. Srca, zato sto volim da se zaljubljujem, uvek sam zaljubljena i uvek volim. Leptirici, zato sto sam kao mala volela da ih "hvatam" kako bi ih unela u kuci, a zatim ih ubrzo gubila u kuci. Jednorog, zato sto su oni najlepsa mitska bica koja zelim da verujem da postoje. I nepovezane sarice i tackice, zato sto je to ono sto crtam po papiricima kada ne razmisljam ni o cemu.

Koristila sam lakove : theBalm - I Take My Coffee Matte and Black, Ebalay #007, Catherine Arley #800, Catherine Arley #666, Catherine Arley #676, Catherine Arley #801 i akrilne boje.

Today we had a hard task. It wasn't hard to draw it, it was hard to think something. Inspired by me. Hearts, because I love to fall in love, I'm always in love and I always love. Butterfly, because when I was young, I loved to catch them and bring them inside, just to lose them somewhere in the house. Unicorn, because they are the prettiest mythical creatures and I want to believe that they exist somewhere. And random lines and dots, because that's is what I draw on papers when I think about nothing.

The New 31 Day Challenge - Inspired by Serbia

Inspirisano drzavom u kojoj zivim, Srbijom. Iako znamo da zivot ovde trenutno nije lak, volim ovu zemlju i ljude u njoj. Najbolja hrana na svetu, najvece gostoprimstvo od svakoga, najbolji ljudi sa puno dobrote u srcima. Volim da putujem kroz ravnicu, da posmatram zivotinje koje zive u nasim poljima i smeskam se. Nadamo se svi boljem sutra, ali ja i danas i sutra volim Srbiju :).

Inspired by country where I live, Serbia. I know you have probably heard bad things about Serbia, but don't believe any of that. We have the best food in the world, whenever you go, you will get great hospitality, people here are really good... I love traveling across Serbia, watching all those animals that live in our fields and smile. We all hope for better tomorrow, but I love Serbia today and tomorrow :).

The New 31 Day Challenge : Inspired by your Childhood

Hmm... inspirisano detinjstvom. Ovo nije bilo tesko :). Secate li se, kada smo bili mali, skoro svi smo crtali otprilike isto? Zuta kuca sa crvenim krovom i smesnim vratima i prozorima, drvo koje je vece od kuce, sunce sa zracima koje se smesi, i nezaboravne laste na nebu (koje su ustvari samo dva polukruga) :). Danas sam crtala kao pre jedno 15ak godina i uzivala sam :). Jedino mi jos fali moja porodica na crtezu (koja obavezno mora biti veca i od drveta i od kuce :D) :).

Hmm... inspired by my childhood. This wasn't hard :). Do you remember, when we were really young, we all drew stuffs almost the same? Yellow house with red roof and funny door and windows, tree that is bigger than a house, Sun that is smiling, and unforgettable swallows on the sky (which are actually just two half-circles) :). Today I drew like I did about 15 years ago and I enjoyed :). Only thing that is missing on my drawing is my family (which must be bigger then house and bigger than a tree :D) :).

The New 31 Day Challenge - Inspired by a Game

Ne znam za vas, ali imam osecaj da je polovina mog zivota prosla u igranju ove igrice - The Sims. Od prvog dela ( i svih njegovih 8 dodataka), preko drugog (i svih njegovih dodataka) do treceg koji sam poslednji igrala. Nekako, to je igrica uz koju sam odrasla. Ona je posluzila i kao inspiracija za moj danasnji nail art.

Koristila sam : FlorMar #429 kao baznu boju, i akrilne boje.

I don't know about you, but I have a feeling that half of my I spent playing this video game - The Sims. From the first part (and all 8 expansions), then second one (with all of those expansions) until third one which was the last one that I played. Somehow, this is game with which I grew up. And also, it was a inspiration for my nail art today.

I used : FlorMar #429 as base color and acrylic paints.

The New 31 Day Challenge - Inspired by Nature

Toliko pokusaja za jedan nail art nikada nisam imala. I svi su bili neuspesni. Planine, sume, zalazak sunca na jezeru, more i plaza... samo cetiri? I onda, jedan pravi. Inspirisana prirodom - polje cveca. Negde otprilike kod treceg upotrebljenog laka, stala sam, i zelela sve da obrisem. To nije bilo to. Ali, dala sam sebi sansu, nastavila sa planom, i uspela. 

Koristila sam lakove : theBalm - Sky Blue Right Past You, theBalm - Jade in the USA, theBalm - Strawberry Fields Forevah, theBalm - Hella Yella i zutu akrilnu boju. 

I have never had so many tries for one nail art. And all of them were failures. Mountains, forest, sunset on the lake, sea and a beach... just four? And then, a great one. Inspired by nature - flower-fields. Somewhere after a fourth nail polish, I stopped, and wanted to remove everything. That wasn't it. But, I gave myself a chance, continued as planned, and it was success. 

I used nail polishes : theBalm - Sky Blue Right Past You, theBalm - Jade in the USA, theBalm - Strawberry Fields Forevah, theBalm - Hella Yella and yellow acrylic paint. 

Da li vam se dopada? Ako zelite, bice mi drago da vam napravim tutorijal za ovo. Toliko je lako, da ni sama nisam to shvatala :).

The New 31 Day Challenge : Inspired by a Fabric

Tkanine koje imam u kuci nisu mnogo inspirativne, ali se secam jedne suknje koju sam videla u prodavnici, i iako je nikad ne bi nosila, crtezi su bili prelepi pa sam inspirisana njima, napravila danasnji nail art. U nekom indijskom stilu je, i nadam se da ce se u vama dopadati kao sto je i meni :).

Koristila sam : Essence - Bella, Golden Rose Nail Art #121, akrilne boje i cirkone iz Born Pretty Store-a.

Fabrics that I have at home aren't really inspirational, but I remember that skirt, that I saw in store, and although I would never wear it, pattern on it is amazing, and inspired by that, I made a nail art today. It's in a Indian style, and I hope you will like it as much as I did :).

I used : Essence - Bella, Golden Rose Nail Art #121, acrylic paints and rhinestones from Born Pretty Store.

The New 31 Day Challenge - Merge or Melt

U zadnje vreme, cini mi se da sve vise ljudi upotrebljava onu siroku cetkicu (za koju sam mislila da nicemu ne sluzi). Meni je to plan vec duze vreme, a tek danas sam se usudila da ga ostvarim. Kako bi bilo malo drugacije, a takodje i da se slaze uz danasnju temu, ponavljala sam postupak (ima mnogo tutorijala na youtube-u) dok nisam dobila potpuno spojene, a opet razdvojene boje. Nokti mi sad izgledaju kao neko more, kao nebo, kao magija :).

Koristila sam lakove : Essence - Grumpy, Essence - Let's Get Lost, Miyo - Tropicana i Farmasi #02. 

I saw that a lot of people use that fun brush (for which I thought it isn't useful for anything) on their nails lately. That was my plan for a while, and today I finally tried it. I wanted to make something a little bit different, and it needed to match with today theme, so I repeated all steps (there are lot of tutorials on youtube), until I made completely merged, but melted colors. My nails looks now like a sea, like a sky, like magic :).

I used these nail polishes : Essence - Grumpy, Essence - Let's Get Lost, Miyo - Tropicana and Farmasi #02.

The New 31 Day Challenge : Texture

Polako se blizi kraj ovog nail art izazova, teme su sve teze, i zahtevaju ozbiljno razmisljanje o pravoj ideji. Ovo nije ono sto sam imala na umu za temu "Tekstura". Prva ideja je bila da nacrtam teksturu ciglama, ali mi nije bio dan, nisam imala dovoljno vremena a i ne znam da li bi uspela. U zadnjem trenutku sam promenila plan, i ispecatirala nokte sa uzorkom sa plocice BM - 208. Koristila sam lakove Golden Rose #264 za podlogu, i theBalm - Jade is Not My Name za pecatiranje. 

The end of this nail art challenge is closer, themes are getting harder, and I really need to think a lot about real idea. This is not what I had in my mind for "Texture" theme. First I thought to draw a brick texture, but this wasn't my day, I didn't had enough time and I don't know will that be successful. In the last moment, i changed my plan, and stamped my nails with pattern from plate BM - 208. I used nail polishes Golden Rose #264 for base color, and theBalm - Jade is Not My Name for stamping.

The New 31 Day Challenge : Your Favorite Polish

Mislim da smo danas sve imale jako tezak zadatak. Znam da ja jesam. Od toliko lakova koje imam, tesko je  odluciti se za jedan omiljeni, pogotovo jer mi se misljenje brzo menja sto se tice (nisam ja kriva, krivi su proizvodjaci koji uvek prave nesto novo i spektakularno). Ali, jedno znam... omiljeni topper, theBalm - Sugar Coat It. Njega sam najvise koristila u zadnje vreme, jer predivno izgleda preko svake boje i preko svakog nail art-a. Danas ga mozete videti preko crnog laka theBalm - I Take My Coffee Matte and Black.

I believe that we all  had a hard task for today. I know I did. When you have so many nail polishes, it's really hard to decide for one that is your favorite, because I always change my opinion on that (it's not my fault, I blame manufacturers who always make something new and spectacular). But, I know one thing... favorite topper, the Balm - Sugar Coat It. I used it a lot in the past, because it looks wonderful over every color and over every nail art. Today you can see it over black nail polish theBalm - I Take My Coffee Matte and Black.
